Have been using this service for over a year now and it is a great experience every time. The packing is really good and it always reached us between 4 to max 8 days. Mostly it is just about 4-6 days. However you need to make sure that they get the address right when they prepare the pkg in India. Best is to give them a printed piece of paper to ensure there are no typos, mistakes or wrong zip codes. Once a pkg was sent with partial address no city, they corrected the address mid-flight and we still recd the pkg in about 8 days. Most reliable, trustworthy and economical option imo.
Very poor service..it's more than 15 days ..don't know if the package will be delivered..if yes then when ???
Worst customer service experience , called and emailed multiple times with my issue , they say get back but they never get back Please don't waste your time by choosing this serve
