Gary's Bakery

Tasty, simple bakery in the heart of Madison. Doughnuts were very good! Other bakery options looked equally tempting. Great place to stop!

Not many people can earn five stars but Gary's bakery does you'll just have to go there and you'll see.

I was worried some of it was going to be too sugary, but I was astounded at how good it was! And not too pricey either! I'm definitely going to have to start getting up earlier

Gary's is a fantastic bakery, lots of traditional doughnut and baked good options. Brought doughnuts to my coworkers and they absolutely loved them, said they were very fresh and delicious. Go to Gary's for top-notch baking!

Gary's is my all-time favorite bakery! Other places claim to have the best donuts, but these guys are better. Their glazed twist is absolutely delicious, and their Bavarian cream filled long johns are to die for. You want jelly filled? Also absolutely delightful.

Monday morning, probably the most important day for a doughnut. And your not open. Sad day. *Edit* Gary is by far the best long john doughnut iv ever had. 10/10

Bakery style dinner rolls were great, but unfortunately not a fan of the donuts or muffins.

Gary's bakery is definitely the BEST place for doughnuts in town. Their hours are a little inconvenient, but going a little out of your way to get a doughnut is a great choice. Just be sure to get there early for your prime choice of the doughnuts I recommend the custard filled long-johns, they're to die for!

Excellent selection of fresh donuts. Open early, so make sure you don't delay if you want a variety of options.
