I first began creating desserts in my own kitchen in 1979. My original handmade baked goods have always used the finest quality, 100% natural ingredients:
Fresh whole grade A eggs.
Pure, unsalted creamery butter.
Milk, dark and white chocolates.
The freshest fruit purees.
Rich, just roasted coffees.
And the world's finest vanilla.

We've come a long way since 1979, but there are some things that haven't changed. We still use the finest quality ingredients and we still make everything by hand.
