Dr. Rohan Clark and the staff at the center made things easy. Pre appointment communication and check in were also all well taken care of and simple. The level of anesthetizing done for the procedure was expertly dosed, I was especially appreciative of this. Not too groggy, no sickness, no adverse effects whatsoever. We still have to get to the follow up part of the process but if experiences to date are any indication things will continue to be excellent.

I had a very positive experience. Every staff member was friendly, efficient, and caring. Gerald helped me understand my test results and worked with me to chart a path forward. He helped me from being scared while also helping me to understand the implications of the results and the lifestyle changes that could help me.

Dr Steinberg is absolutely lovely. He’s engaged, thoughtful, kind, and took me seriously.  His staff was also lovely, and notated multiple things in my chart at my request without shaming me or making me feel unreasonable.  It was a very comfortable experience and I felt listened too and taken care of.

Dr Dobin was great at apt but not much follow up care or communication. I have read through reviews and people complain about wait time to contact anyone,  it appears to be blamed on network. That was 9 months ago and today I finally got through after trying for 2 days to cancel an apt.   Care was great while there but not so much with follow up communication.  At this time my general doctor is helping me with problem  because lack of communication here.  So I gave up.  If I finally get a hold of a nurse they tell me to go to ER if it gets too bad.  Wish it felt a little more personal and not like I'm a number.

I love coming with Sarah Z, she knew exactly what was wrong with me as I mentioned my symptoms to her. It means she’s actually listening to you and understanding what you could have and I truly appreciate that. 100 percent would recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Clarke was very pleasant and soft spoken, listened as I spoke and wasn't in a hurry to get to the next patient. Asked me all sorts of questions. I felt comfortable around him and I'm happy to have met him. Office is very nice,  the staff all very friendly and was able to make my appt very easily. I am definitely happy I found this place. I will have to leave a new updated review after my colonoscopy and endoscopy exams in August.

First time at this clinic was a good experience! Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable and thorough. I really liked Dr Clark even though he kept me waiting longer than normal. Do to a procedure he was performing that took more time than expected.

I have been going to see doctors about my stomach pain and issues and Rachel is the only one to help me understand what is really going on. I would recommend her to anyone!! She is awesome and I’m truly thankful that I was seen by her.

Dr. Kelly Zucker is an outstanding DO! She was professional, listened to all my concerns closely, asked relevant follow-up questions, and was the epitome of kindness and compassion. Highly recommend, if you need a GI.

Dr. Steinberg was thorough, kind, and respectful. He gave information in a clear and straightforward manner as well as answered questions completely. I was a little disappointed that I could not make an appointment for a colonoscopy due to staff shortages in the practice.
