I had the absolute best treatment. They got me back as soon as I walked in. The nurses and dr made sure I was comfortable and popped in frequently to check on me and go over test results. The ultrasound tech was so gentle and talked me through everything before she did it. I have never experienced such phenomenal treatment from a hospital/ER

The staff were nice and friendly and seem to really care and want to help... but I called ahead of time to see if they could help my son who was having trouble breathing and they said to come in. I got there they had nothing supply wise for my son and called in a team of emts just to get him stable and on the way to a different hospital  and I got charged by both the hospital and the EMT!!! They don't have what they need to claim to be emergency care. It cost me thousands more dollars just because I went there!!!! Any hospital would help better .

This was my second time here. I will not go anywhere else anymore. They are so kind and caring. They treat you excellent and professional. I’m chronically ill and frequently visit doctors. Very very impressed with the care i received both time. AND i was in an out in 2 hours both times- for both emergencies. I cannot say enough how great the nurses, doctors, and staff are here. They treat yoy like youre their family.

Dr. Carlson was Amazing although he gave me a death sentence from an echo done in late May 2023 which Drs @ UCHEALTH- LONGS PEAK... BUT CARED FOR ME WITH TOTAL DIGNITY AND RESPECT!! THANKS ST. JOE'S HAS ALWAYS BEEN AN AMAZING HOSPITAL OVER LAST 67YRS OF MY LIFE!! THANKS TO NUNS WHOM STARTED IT!!

I told them all of my symptoms been feeling horrible and not sleeping and having bloated stomach problems. My feet and hands feel hot and tingly sometimes.They did a simple blood test and said i was fine. I was like that's it? Your not gonna do more tests? They said no and sent me on my way. Do not go here! They don't care!

Came in Monday March 13th with a high fever unable to get into my normal doctor.  Asked to be checked for strep, sat in the waiting room for an hour. Finally called my name and brought to a room to get my vitals taken ask all the normal questions ecr.  The Finally come back to do my test but first the covid test, the nurses made my nose bleed. Then the strep test where I could very obviously tell she really didn't swab anything.  They came back again to give me a steroid, anti inflammatory and 2 Tylenol.  When I was told all my tests flu covid and strep were negative.  To go hope and self care.  Well today Wednesday March 15 I was able to see my doctor and guess what?? Positive for strep...  4 days of high fevers and pain that this "hopstial " missed.

Absolute nightmare of an experience from start to finish. The worst part of it all was the doctor that “treated” me. Forgot her name but she is the female doctor. Terrible bedside manner, completely rude, unprofessional and condescending. I recommend going literally anywhere else.

The nurses and admin do alright, but the doctor here is downright cruel. Break your back? Tylenol and ibuprofen. My wife even had to walk from exam to the car, discharged within hours, with a broken bone in her back. Absolutely suffering. So much for getting her to a "higher level of care." No compassion or empathy whatsoever. Avoid this place at all costs. You're better off treating yourself.

I'm sure I'm not the only person who is terrified to go to hospitals, and it was a huge relief to be treated with such compassion and professionalism by the staff at this facility. Nicole the RN was especially kind to me, and patiently explained things to me multiple times when I got confused. Dr. Aronstein even called the uncooperative pharmacy for me to straighten out my prescription. I know it's not an easy time to be in the medical field, and it means a lot to me to be treated like a human being while receiving care.

Doctors kept implying I was lying to them and refused to treat my problems for what they were was kicked out because they were changing shifts. After still feeling horrible I checked back in just to be charged for two er visits even though the first doctors just delayed until morning shift got in and they still didn't help much.
