Welcome to Gastrointestinal Specialists, A.M.C. We are a privately owned professional medical corporation. We established in 1979 and have since grown to the largest GI practice in the Northwest Louisiana with 13 physicians and 4 offices, as well as the Shreveport Endoscopy Center to serve you. The physicians of GIS care for diseases of the esophagus, stomach, small and large intestines, liver, pancreas, as well as colon cancer screening. We also have the Louisiana Research Center that offers clinical research for new medicines that can help with gastrointestinal diseases.
