I love this place! They treat you like you are family! Cindy, hygienist is the best… always makes sure you are comfortable and does the best job removing stains!! Dr. Erwin has done amazing job putting implants in and sedation is the way to go when having implants.
Cindi is the best hygienist I’ve ever had! I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. She has even covered me with a blanket when it was too cold. Any dentist I’ve seen has listened to my concerns and I always feel like I’m in good hands.
I can't say enough good things about this place. I've been going here for a few years now. My recent visit was on Monday, 31st for a root canal with Dr. Marshal. Dr. Marshal is very patient and polite. I had to get numbing medicine 3 times before we started. They never made me feel like I was "numb enough, let's get started." I was in full control of if I felt I was numb enough or not. I hadn't always had that experience at other dentist offices. They show you the x-rays and work that needs to be done, never push anything that isn't necessary,.. idk they are just the best. Highly recommend.
Had a terribly infected lower molar. They got me in the same day. We discussed treatment options and fixed me right up. Plus all the staff were super friendly and caring. I highly recommend them
I absolutely love Dr Erwin and her crew. They are all so passionate and patient with people who don’t like dental offices. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you make my experiences such a blessing. Thank you.
Cindy is the Greatest dental hygienist I’ve ever been too!!! And Dr. Rachel is the best dentist I’ve ever seen she does great & outstanding work!!! I highly recommend Gateway Family Dental!!! The whole staff are so wonderful and very kind!!!: LOVE THEM!!!
Dr. Erwin and the staff have been great helping with my treatment plan. They have 3D scanning equipment to model of all your teeth for implants and crowns. I'm half way through my treatment and extremely satisfied!
The staff here is amazing, always helpful and smiling. They are so very patient when dealing with someone who has serious dental anxiety and goes above and beyond to make sure their patient is doing good during the procedure.
Eveyone from the receptionist, the assistants, to Dr.Erwin were wonderful! Beautiful office and very calming space for this very nervous patient! They were extremely knowledgable and very quick to bring me in right at my appointment time. I have to have further dental work and can actually say I am looking forward to seeing the entire office staff again and am not even that nervous for the next visit because of their great service!!
Awesome group of dentists are very conscience of your needs and go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and knowledgeable about your treatment. stars highly recommend I'd you need dental care.
