Great experience! My child’s first ever dental visit at age 7 years! No problem at all! She loved the fish tank!
My experience here is usually great, but this visit was extremely upsetting. The Billing Specialist or person who processes payment for services, actions were less than appropriate. My daughter needed replacement retainers, so I called about 3 weeks ago to set up the appointment. The lady who set the appointment advised on the call what the price of the retainers would be. I said that was fine. At the end of that call, I was FULLY aware that the payment would need to be made at the time of service and I was prepared to do so. The day of the appointment, my daughter and I walked into the office and was given a buzzer. Once the buzzer went off, we walked back to the area where the procedure would take place and waited. My daughter sat in the chair and I waited in the nearby waiting area. The first staff member, a male, came up to me and advised that another staff member, a female, would come get me to make a payment. The tone and manner at which he approached me was off, but I just said ok. As I was speaking with my daughter regarding the payment, the female staff member comes up behind me with a disrespectful tone and says “you need to follow me to pay for the retainers.” It is at this point, I am now mad because, I didn’t understand why this demeanor, or tone was being used w/ me. We have been bringing our kids here since we moved to Murfreesboro, and we have spent a decent amount of money on braces and every other recommended service. I’m disappointed, and I will be finding another dentist moving forward…Do Better!!!!
Have been coming here for 10+ years. Always have had terricific experiences. This time was beyond exceptional. Jaycie at the front desk is always helpful and greeting. April was AMAZING at making you feel like there is nothing to worry about with whatever procedure you are having done. April is super caring and certainly takes patients feelings into consideration. Everyone in the office is great and I can’t remember everyone by name but highly recommend this place! I never write reviews ever , think this is my first google review ever. Thanks and make sure to get your work done here!
My son started going Snodgrass and King in 2013. He had sensor processing disorder. They provide excellent support and care for his needs. By 2016 my whole family became patients. They provide excellent pediatric dentistry as well as adults. My mother even got dentures there. Everyone was very patient with her and caring. The process took months, there was multiple visits. They were with her every step of the way from start to finish. She now has a beautiful set of teeth that fits her perfectly. She is very proud. Thank you for all that you do Snodgrass and King. We wouldn't choose anywhere else to go for our dental needs.

My husband and i brought our 1 year old daughter for her first dental visit and couldn't be happier with Snodgrass-King. The dentist and hygienist shout out to Shannon and Dr. Shah! were amazing and made us all feel so welcome and comfortable. They provided us with great information about our daughters teeth and gums and how to keep her teeth healthy as she grows. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and we look forward to coming back!
Love the dentist and assistants/hygienists. They do very well with children, especially young children. My son has been going off and on since about 4 or 5 years old, he’s now 7 and he’s not scared to go and does very well there. It’s a very comfortable environment, and will probably be our permanent office now.
Best dentist I've ever been.. they are not just after your money like some offices .after my daughters dental appointment our insurance didn't want to cover a portion of the cost because it was alot of dental work. I was sent another bill after paying the first cost.so I called and they were willing to work with me . The staff was great ,caring,and listen to your concerns . Will continue to see them ! Thank you.
I’m typically anxious and not a fan of going to the dentist but Leslie was so patient and gentle, I forgot about being nervous. Honestly, it was the best cleaning I’ve ever gotten. Dr. Bidwell was personable and also great at calming my nerves. 10/10 would recommend.
Great staff , and not one of them seemed annoyed by my nervousness and me being fidgety, which I’ve had dentists in the past do. They were very reassuring and calm and made me feel normal. 5 stars for Snodgrass.
