Michelle was great. My husband had hip replacement surgery and was having trouble getting in and out of our couch. I went to Gateway and looked at their lift chairs. Michelle was very helpful. Found a chair at the Martinsburg store and it was delivered to our house within an hour. My husband was so pleased. We are so greatful.
Three weeks ago went into this location with an order for a walker. Completed the paperwork and a woman called me to confirm they had everything they needed. But I am still waiting. Getting around my house holding onto walls and furniture.
The lady up front was rather rude. No good morning, or hello. Instead she looked at me and pointed at her mask, with hers hanging off her chin not even covering her own mouth. Sad cause it’s the only medical supply store in the area. Amazon it is.
Only supplier for breast pumps with Medicaid dont like the fact that it only covers a single electric pump, also have to wait until after baby is born to get the pump and they dont ship! I have to drive 4.5 hours away with a newborn!
Husband went to rent a wheelchair, they were very rude and acted as if he was a bother.
