Great products and even better owners/employees!! I have had a whole bunch of Wish deliveries sent to Gayles Scents to save a few bucks on delivery fees. They have always went above and beyond to make sure the process was handled correctly. One time, a package was mixed up, and they couldn’t have been any more helpful in making sure I got the correct package when I went back to return the mistaken package. Today, I got out of work later than I expected so I called to see if they were closed. It was 5 minutes pasted their posted closing time, but he went out of his way to stay an extra 20 minutes until I was able to make it over there to pick up my delivery!! That is what customer service is all about! Two big thumbs up!!! On top of all of that, the store itself has a whole bunch of incredible products and a super knowledgeable staff that can help you for any of your needs or questions! Give this little hidden gem near that square a visit. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!

The shop owner opened on his day off to accommodate my daughter and I. Lots of yummy smell goods and more. Good conversation and comfortable atmosphere. Already wanna go back for more!

Had to pick up an item that I had shipped there from a diff store and I was so surprised. The man was so nice and so helpful with showing me and my friend all kinds of things. Was going to order things that evening but I couldn't find what I had wanted on the site but goin back soon and will be picking up something amazing. Ty for great service. Nichole

I ordered 2 1oz Body Oils. Very, Very Impressed with the oils! High quality at a low price! He sent me my bill via Email and I paid the amount given, turns out USPS was closed and so he promised to ship that night so he ended up going to Fed Ex to ship it and paid the difference!! He also gave me a sample oil to try!

The customer service at this establishment was superb. We had to talk over the phone to complete my transaction and the gentleman that I spoke with was very professional. My package was shipped quickly, and everything I ordered looked exactly like the pictures displayed on the website. I have already referred this store to several of my acquaintances and I plan on ordering from here in the future

Excellent customer service! Brother Rasheed is very helpful and he goes out of his way to get you what you want. The quality of his products are well worth more than what he charges and shipping is lightning fast! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The store is nice clean and the guy is very pleasant, professional and friendly he will go out his way to find the oil or scent you need and if need be he will make it for you there package it up label it and your good to go Nice size amount of oil 10$
