EXEMPLARY!  Tony, Lou, and the team at Gearhero have provided nothing short of an exemplary customer service. Everything from price to customer to ease in shipping and return experience has been a blast with this online retailer. I value my time and I refuse to spend it providing mindless reviews. However, I feel a need to do so given my recent experience with this online retailer I've discovered recently. I'm sold as a customer.

Never been to the store but they have a great website! Shipping is always super fast and customer service is awesome. Could not recommend this shop enough if you're in the market for new gear. They truly are gear heroes.

Very helpful. I went in looking for a particular effects pedal based on reviews I heard on YouTube. After hearing it in person, I didn’t like the sound, so they suggested multiple other pedals until I found the sound I was looking for. Walked out happy with the purchase, and it saved me a trip to Guitar Center. I’ll return for more effects pedals.

I just purchased a great guitar at a great price!  Tony went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted, and was very responsive to my emails. Thanks, Gear Hero HQ!

EDIT: Apparently they use Shopify and it was Shopify who flagged my purchase as fraud for no reason. Still, wish I was notified and did not have to find out by simply not getting anything. Remade the purchase through paypal and they sent it out immediately so that's nice. So pay through PayPal when buying. ORIGINAL REVIEW: No email, no nothing, order just cancelled and only found out when I waited and got nothing. And now I have no time to order from another store before I leave the country. Don't order online.

The most unfriendly and dis-interested staff I've encountered in all of the music stores I have visited in Boca Raton. I intend to purchase a new guitar while here in BR, but it won't be from this place. Sorry! Also they have a rather small selection of guitars.
