My recent in-store shopping experience was fine. Since then, the item I purchased is falling apart in multiple areas due to poor stitching. I’ve emailed GA with photos and an accurate description and have had to continuously chase them up for a response. The customer service is horrific. After days of following up I received a poor reply from Tony and I’m almost certain that he is now ignoring me because I’m unwilling to accept their lack of accountability. I won’t be purchasing any of their poor quality items in the future.

Excellent boutique shop in Palm Springs! The staff were so kind and helpful giving us recommendations around the area! We bought some cool pieces that we haven’t taken off since!!

Rude staff. Awful experience. I was excited to drop into the shop after having made a purchase from the website in the past. Finally found parking and got there between 5 and 6pm. Both doors locked, but all lights on, with staff sitting at counter on their phones goofing off, pretending to not see me or hear me knock. The hours on their website, like the front door, said open until 7pm. I motioned to get their attention. They looked over at us, muttered something to each other snickering like children, and went on ignoring us until we left.

Awesome products and even better customer service. Ordered some Vans from the webshop, had an issue but it was fixed AND THEM SOME! The team here is fantastic and cares about helping out the customers. Can’t wait to step foot in the store once they reopen

GA is located at the west end of the now world famous Abbott Kinney, where street meets the sand. This now famous store carries one of a kind brands, local and international often found only in exclusive stores like Barney's and Madison. GA recently received the highly coveted Van's "Vault Store" status witch makes it one of only 15 stores nationwide. A true boutique with items you may not of been looking for but now recognize as must haves. Get on the GA email list for upcoming event's that are most often times attended by celebrities and Silicone Beach technology mogul's and all the free drinks you can responsibly handle, oh don't forget to tip your bartender. Also never miss the end of summer Venice / Abbott Kinney days celebration when in town!

My favorite store in Venice. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and they've got some of the coolest clothes and accessories from an array of compelling small brands and local artists.

Can someone say a store is well curated? Very cool clothing and footwear, as well as very friendly staff, be ready to drop a few bills, pretty much unavoidable!
