About

Tokyo street style sneakers & clothings since 2004

Description

You will find WARAKU at the heart of splashy Abbot Kinney Blvd. where the hippest & uniquest stores, cafes and galleries are lined up side-by-side. None of those colorful shops will disappoint you when you taking a stroll around.
On Abbot Kinney, you can expect to see a mix of tourists from Europe, suburbanites and locals rather than Venice beach hangouts –- a mish-mash of relatively mainstream culture.

Shopping at WARAKU is like entering a den of t the sneaker fetish influenced with today’s TOKYO culture, and digging up a hidden treasure. There are some unique - one of a kind- sneakers and many limited editions from NIKE, ASICS-ONITSUKA, PUMA, ADIDAS etc. along with Japanese brands like PATRICK and NAMITATSU which hard to hit in the United States. Also be sure to check out the clothing/accessory selection from kitsch lovers’ knick-knacks to asymmetrical reversible jackets by Japanese creative young designers exclusively imported from Japan.

Your first attempt to WARAKU might be listening Japanese hip-hops from the underground hit charts, trying a T-shirt in the patio fitting room with sound of the waves or trying a pair of sneakers indicated its size by centimeterss, but these new experiences will add a little splash into your life. A mission of WARAKU is not only introducing Japanese cutting-edge fashions, but also translating Japanese modern culture & atmosphere to be taken into your everyday life.

You will be in love with WARAKU and Abbot Kinney

Awesome shoe store. Rare sneakers but not crazy expensive like flight club etc. I love buying onitsuka tiger here he always has stuff you can't find online. Great service and he has many sizes so really allover great experience
A great anti-Korean shop. I'll NEVER EVER visit this shop again. I was planing to buy a shoes, but I couldn't. Cause the owner of this shop who from japan kicked us out when I said I'm korean. when I tried to wear a shoe, suddenly he said take the shoes off and bring it back to him. And then he said goodbye eventhough I didn't finish looking aroud. Please DON'T go there. He was so mean to me.
My favorite sneaker store in LA. Lots of great stuff for everyone super nice. I always find some limited release Converse and special collaboration Asics and Pumas
Great selection of shoes and clothing and a good place to buy gifts. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and attentive. This store is a little gem and a must for people who are looking for unique pieces.
Amazing selection of onitsuka Tigers and other Japanese products and very helpful staff!
