Geneva Nails and Spa Natick Mall

The people were not nice at all. My sautéed went to get a manicure so we walked in without an appointment. There was one other customer inside, they were just finishing while drying their nails. They only accepted cash. When they were cleaning my nails they gutted me when cutting my cuticles. The color I choose wasn’t very opaque so they did two layers and they were still very clear. They didn’t do well removing my nail polish from before so there’s still green color on the side of my pink nails. The place wasn’t very clean. Overall, don’t go.

These guys were great! I walked in on a Friday night, and was thinking I would be waiting for a bit, but they got me right in for a dip! Had some fun conversations about my missing fingernail with my nail tech. He was nice, and very good at his work! I was in and out in under 45 minutes with cleaned up cuticles, and gorgeous nails! They stayed on until I had them taken off because my nails grew so long! I will be back!

Did a last minute blood themed nails here. The woman who did them was soo nice and did an INCREDIBLY AMAZING JOB!!! They have a cool 3D look to them which feel and look great! I highly recommend getting your nails done here! The staff is super friendly and actually talk to you, unlike other places that just do your nails and ignore you! I always go here and never anywhere else! Best 10/10 job ever!

So it could have been worse I guess. No ambiance, which I guess you would not really expect in a Mall. Fine if you just need to get it done. Rather unorganized, not that clean, not enough staff. Really rushed through both my daughter pedicure and my gel manicure. The person doing my nails was preoccupied the entire time with who needed to be waited on and other things going on around her. She never waited for the machine that warms the gel to finish each hand; she just rushed me to switch hands. I had to remind her at one point to turn it on, because my hand was in, and she neglected to start it up she was too preoccupied, overworked. Then at the end, all of a sudden, she suddenly became very chatty, and started asking me personal questions, which bothers me. I'm familiar with this tactic to try to get a better tip-it's pretty insulting. Would not recommend for anyone that wants a relaxing experience. Manicure turned out ok. I told her the hand massage was my favorite part. I understand that sometimes there are language barriers. Sadly, I don't think she understood, but also, that should be part of the service and it was a quick rub and not what you would expect.

Had a pedicure there less than a week ago and was very disappointed. It said on the brochure that the pedicure is 30 minutes all I got was 15 minutes of a very mediocre work. The lady did minimum amount of work and looked like she did not want to be there at all. I expected some good scrubbing or at least some good cleaning on my toes nails she did neither. She scrubbed my feet 5 second each foot at most. Told her not to clip my toe nails and just file them, she went ahead and clipped them anyway.

My daughter and I had appointments for a manicure me and mani/pedi her. My manicure was 12 minutes from start to finish, no attention to detail or comfort. The ends of my nails still had nail "bits" on them when she started to paint some of which she removed the others she just painted over which are now chipping 1 day later. No hand rub other than to put cream on my hands, and two of my cuticles are a bloody mess today. My daughter also had the express treatment but her tech was a little nicer no bloody cuticles. We were done with our appointment in under an hour but paid the same as a full service salon. Would not recommend.

I have been going here regularly for my nails and pedicures for about a year. Consistently great service and attention to detail. Their color selection is simple but that’s standard for the Boston area. I do love how they have lots of matching/coordinating regular & gel polish as well as dip powder. That’s what keeps me coming back as I like my hands and feet to match each other. Chloe is my favorite!
