We are located at the Natick Mall, outside between the American Girl Store and California Pizza Kitchen.

Spavia Natick will be opening at the Natick Mall in December!

We will have a booth next to Macy's beginning in November. Stop by to learn more about Spavia, pre-book appointments, and purchase gift cards for family and friends!

Great spot for an affordable massage. Quick check in process with friendly staff. Nice changing area with lockers to store your valuables during the massage. Place was clean with great features not seen in other spas. The massage therapists were courteous, gentle when needed, and did great work at hitting the painful spots that I wanted done. Great business that I will for sure be returning too.
Spavia has couple of Parking spaces which help as this parking lot caters to the popular eating joints like cheesecake factory and CPK and the crate&Barrel stores in the Natick mall. The spa offers monthly membership and has multiple services like facials, waxing, makeup lessons and their massages offer various options like salt stone, sports and deep tissue types. They have a clean, upscale facility with lockers, changing room with robes& slippers as well as a nice waiting room inside. Never too crowded or loud and perfect for relaxing with a courteous staff.
First time here and very disappointed!! I booked a couples massage over the phone for my boyfriend’s birthday & specifically asked for 2 female masseuse. When we arrived there was a male masseuse, which I was uncomfortable with. I asked to please switch with a female and they said there wasn't one available and there was nothing they could do. They were not understanding at all and she was rushing us. We ended up leaving without a massage. I’m very upset with my experience here. They should really listen to customer request.
First time ever getting a massage, Diane was amazing. I went in with a developing migraine and left feeling better than I have in years. I will definitely book with her again and recommend seeing her for your next massage. And shout out to the esthetician Shayla for setting me up with an AMAZING skincare routine, I can’t wait to try everything!
Wonderful experience. Highly recommend booking a massage if you’ve been under a lot of stress or just want some deep relaxation. The staff are wonderful.
I absolutely love seeing Lynn for my monthly massage and highly recommend Karyn for facials! I tried a massage with Macaly on her first full day in February 2023 and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. She’s highly skilled and talented, and really listens to the client as well as finds problem areas.
I had an Amazing experience. The desk team is friendly, and my therapists were knowledgeable in their trade. Most relaxed I’ve been in a while.
Steve was brilliant, he was so patient and asked right questions about pain points before starting the massage. And the massage was very effective and what I need to relieve the stiff neck pain and back spasms. Thoroughly enjoyed the massage. Thanks.
Stephen is the absolute best! Won't go to anyone else for a massage at Spavia. If you're getting a facial done, Karen is the woman to go too
Had a great relaxing massage from Madison with the premier deep tissue massage. The pressure was just right and she was able to use my own massage oil as well. She focused on the areas with the most knots and also massage my feet well. I didn’t have my mask on but all the staff did!
