Dr. Nguyen and her staff are amazing. They are kind, professional and trustworthy. From booking an appointment to handling insurance to delivering top dental care, they are the best of the best. There was no hassle booking my appointment, when I had an insurance question - they took care of it and most of all, they are honest about pricing and work with you to inform you about you truly need and help you configure your options. They genuinely care about you as an individual and demonstrate that from start to finish. I highly recommend Genuine Dental Arts.
I have been loyal to Dr N and staff for a decade., despite the drive in traffic to Newport. My children are even more loyal because this is a family, not just a dental office. The negative reviews about Emi or the office were absolutely ridiculous - she was the most thorough dental hygienist I have ever seen. If you want a place that cares about you and will never take advantage of your or pressure you to do dental work you don’t need — this is it !!
Dr. Peter and his staff are amazing! Dr. Peter is very good at what he does and his staff is very friendly and comforting. Dr. Peter gave me a smile I can finally be confident about! I couldn't be happier with my new smile!! I highly recommend visiting Genuine Dental Arts!
I haven't been to the Dentist in a long time and quite frankly like most people, I'm afraid of the Dentist. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Nguyen because they had a neighborhood special. $39 for Exam, Clean, and Xray. I figured, it's about time I went in for a check up. So I put on my big boy pants and I made an appointment. The office was very neat and cozy and I was greeted with such great energy. Dr. Nguyen was very friendly and informative which put me on ease right before the exam. Emi did such a great job with cleaning my teeth. She made sure I was comfortable during the process. The exam and X-Ray was quick and painless and Dr. Nguyen advised me of what I needed to keep my teeth in tip top shape. Overall, great experience. I would definitely come back!
Dr. Nguyen has state of the art equipment and is very straightforward with treatment options. He has several options for financing if you aren't insured or need a lot of work. The staff is friendly and they did a great job cleaning my teeth.
Dr. Peter and his staff at Genuine Dental Arts are the best. Always friendly, professional and courteous, Dr. Peter is calm, kind and willing to take the necessary time to explain any findings and necessary procedures, discuss or recommend preventative measures, and answer any and all questions. I highly recommend Genuine Dental Arts.
My family have been going to see Dr Peter for the past couple of years and could not be happier with his service. Dr Peter is very patient and thorough with his work. His office is very well maintained and staff is exceptional, big kudos to Mario and Stacy. Highly recommended !
Dr. Peter Nguyen, Mario and now Emi always do a fantastic job. I have been coming here for four years for quarterly tooth cleaning and other dental service as needed, including repair of an implant and chipped tooth. This is the best dental service I've ever experienced.
I'm usually weary when going to the dentist because I'm very particular about materials they use due to autoimmune issues I have. I called Dr. Peter's office and to my surprise they had BPA- and Bis-GMA-free filling materials which was exactly what I was looking for. The procedure with Dr. Peter went really well and Mario and Denise were amazing. I've recently went back again for a cleaning with Emi and appreciated her gentle touch. She understood that I prefer a more holistic approach to my health so she educated me on different products I can use for my oral hygiene. Thanks, I'll be returning!
I went in on a Groupon. What a mistake... The cleaning was so subpar, they made it sound like they were doing such a great job! Then of course it was recommended a deep cleaning, I'm sure I need it..but the point is, I was given an estimate of $2000. okay, sure I was sold on how well they were taking care of me, I was sold on how nice the place looked. Then I got home. When I inspected my teeth, it looked as if they had not touched them, I was told they removed the tea stains and everything, it looked as though it was not even cleaned! Needless to say I did not go back, I felt cheated! I think they run a bait n switch operation here luring in people from groupon,
