Kids R Us Dental

We have now found a dentist for our whole family :. Early this morning I called because my daughter had a tooth emergency. They got us in within an hour this was my daughters first time and we had the best experience. My daughter left without fear of the dentist every staff there was lovely. We were treated so well. The dentist was so slick with her work my daughter didn’t even need gas or any sedations. Amazing work! Can’t wait to go back.

We had an appointment with Dr. Anh, she was 30 minutes late for the appointment, and explained that she had been in a car accident, and while we were waiting, neither the manager nor her assistant warned us. The assistant actually came up to us and asked us to go with the child to the chair, without explaining anything, she said that since he had caries, then an x-ray should be taken. the child is one year and 8 months old. This is madness and I do not recommend this clinic to anyone

I am absolutely amazed at how wonderful the entire staff is at this office. I love them! They are kind and really go out of their way for you. What a great experience, and I needed a lot of treatment going in. I would give them 20 stars if I could!

I am an extremely nervous dental patient and the staff here made me so comfortable. The care and communication that they give you is first level. My teeth look amazing and no matter what happens they're always there to take your call and help you. I cannot say enough positive things about kids R Us dental. I will be recommending them to everyone I know for adults and children.

This place is AMAZING!!! I just finished taking my two children here. It was their first visit to the dentist. My daughter is 3 going on 4 next week and my son is 2 going on 3 the staff was so nice and sweet. They have a play room full of toys and games for the kids to enjoy while they wait. The dentist assistant was so nice and explained everything she was doing to the kids while getting X-rays done. The dentist herself was so nice, she took the children to get toys after she examined them and the assistant was very gentle with their cleaning and sang to them. I would recommend this place to anyone with children!

I was very happy with the care I got. They were very sweet and reassuring. It didn't hurt as much as I thought it would. I would definitely recommend this place to someone.

We had the best experience at Kids R Us Dental today. Brought my 8 yr. old son in for a cleaning and tooth extraction. WONDERFUL dentist/staff for kids, they’re All Amazing in explaining about the procedure to me & my son. They were very very patient with my son who was having a hard time today. I have found the best dentist. this office is Great very clean walls totally kid friendly : very pleased with the service. Many thanks to the staff. I highly recommend!

My experience in Kids r us dental was excellent! The Dentist is super sweet and she has patience. She is gentle with little children. She let me be in the same room where my child was doing its treatment. They didn’t have to strap my child. Which was something I really like that they didn't do. They also, let me sit with him, so I can comfort him so he won’t be scared. This work at well for the dentist , myself, and my child. The dentist was able to do her work. I really like it here, the people that work there are really friendly. The environment was clean and comfortable to be there. At the end of your appointment your child is able to grab a toy. Also when you are waiting there is a area for the kids to be entertained while waiting. I recommend this place!

We have finally found a great kids dentist! Having Medi-cal I have had an extremely hard time finding a good dentist that accepts our insurance. We have had way too many bad experiences at other places, to the point that my 3 little ones were all super nervous about going to the dentist. Other places have been unnecessarily rough, hurt my kids, pushed 2 unnecessary crowns, and then told me another crown was needed. It made no sense that a regularly brushed tooth that had no cavity 7 months ago suddenly I was told it needed a crown. Desperate to find another dentist I spent hours to find a dentist with good reviews that accepts our insurance. Thank God I found Kids R Us! I was so shocked and actually skeptical that they accept Medical and do a good job, but I couldn’t be happier! My kids all tell me how much they love this dentist and aren’t scared to come! We are treated with respect, patience and kindness. My daughter did NOT need a crown or even a filling on that tooth, so I trust that they are giving the best advice and not just after our money. If you have had bad experiences, you can trust them here! I look forward to being patients for years to come.

Traumatized my son from going anywhere that resembles dentist office because of this place. Terrible experience. Receptionist are nice though. Dentists elsewhere never heard of the practices done here.. Traumatization had nothing to do with the crying of other kids
