I WOULD’NT CONTACT THEM TO REPRESENT A ROACH! My infant was involved in a car accident. I reached out for legal representation from George Sink. They were quick to send someone out for me to sign the contracts initially. Showed interested and put on a facade as if they were for the people. After that, they went completely ghost. I never received any calls or emails. The only time I have talked to the lawyer or his assistant is when I call to speak with them. The case has been at the same point since the beginning. They have got no where. They have that my son was seen at multiple hospitals the day of the accident in paperwork. How the hell could he be two places at once? It’s ridiculous how unorganized, and unprofessional they are. I completely understand that these things do sometimes take time. But to be on the same place we were when I signed the contracts is insane. Along with the fact that they NEVER even call to follow up. -100 wouldn’t recommend to a dog.

Amendment; Dave followed up with me and was very knowledgeable concerning the VA! He answered my questions and asked me questions to better understand and find some way to assist me. I was denied by the VA because they did not process all the evidence that I had sent them. I'm quickly reminded that no matter what court you go to you're always better off having an attorney with you. I have done all the leg work with regards to evidence to clearly show that my rating should be at 100%. As I just had a defibrillator installed September 1st. The diagnostic code 7015 states that the veteran be rated at 100% upon admission into the hospital for the device installation indefinitely. I was exposed to Agent Orange while I was in service and now I have a defibrillator at 55 years old. I am hoping that you could help me settle this more quickly as I've lost 10 years of my life thanks to my time in service. Thanks again for following up with me, the time you spent with me was valuable!

I have the honor to interact with Linda Holmes for my case to be reviewed and she was an absolute blessing to share my time with. She was friendly and courteous and I felt whole heartedly concerned for myself and families well being.

I felt less than a person with concerns. I  wasn't able to give a full description of what actually happened.   Just able to a swer questions the young lady asked me If she would have listened to the full impact of my accident she may have been able to privde the attorneys a more accurate picture of what happened.  I was treated very rudely with no compassion to the extent of my suffering. If there was a star less than 1 I would have given it.

Called to get representation regarding discrimination against an academy trained service dog. The Dollar Tree in Summerton, SC not only verbally assaulted my spouse but threatened to physically lay hands on her and her service dog. Both of which are criminal acts and Dollar Tree is refusing to release the names of the employees or the schedule for the day of incidence. This law firm believes in representing individuals and veterans who have disabilities in order to collect their benefits but when those same individuals need representation regarding someone targeting their disabilities and especially handicapping them by removing the medical equipment. This firm has no interest in doing the right thing but only what benefits their wallet. If they want to collect fees based on someone's disabilities then that should also apply to the infringement upon those disabilities which are Federally Protected under the ADA.

Me and my family were involved in a car accident November 2019 by a drunk driver, which you would assume it should be an open and shut case, I started with one lawyer as the months went by I was never receiving information about our case until I called only to find out that the lawyer that was over our case no longer worked there and my case was just sitting in limbo, they finally appointed me a new lawyer over our case and it was still more of the same, seems nothing was getting done until we started questioning what was going with our case. We were supposed to get reimbursement for rental car fees from at fault auto insurance company, which we never received and when I asked my lawyer about he told me it was mailed to the wrong address and he would have them resend it to my correct address and I still have not received the check, I called my lawyer and left voice-mails and never received a call back. Our case did not get settled until January 2022.

George Sink's office in Greenville, SC were amazing in helping with my first accident. They were timely, polite, got back with me quickly. Rachael and Fatimah were so helpful and patient with explaining things to me and making sure my daughter and I were taken care of. I would use them again if I ever needed to and highly recommend George Sink to anyone.

We've been working with Linda Holmes in the VA department and she's fantastic. She's very responsive and pleasant to work with!

The lack of communication from their Spartanburg office is unbelievable. It’s always the same answer when you call. “I’m sorry they are out of the office or out to lunch” . “They will call you back as soon as they return.” The return phone call never comes. They do not respond to emails as well. Very disappointed with the Spartanburg branch!!!

This law firm is horrible I would not recommend anyone using them I got hit the other guy already accepted it was his fault pretty open an shut right good luck talking with your lawyer ,you will get a receptionist that will not know anything about your case I'm getting a new attorney
