Don't waste your time with this medical practice. This is the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. They do not answer their phones, they have no internet access, their phone system does not take messages and the excuses include "We were out to lunch," or "we're having problems with our phones." Find another primary care doctor.
My father has gone here for years. He has been trying to get his medical records. And they decided to close without telling anyone. How are we supposed to get his records when you cant get a hold of anyone. This place is very unprofessional. Its ashame this is happening to other people and my father who is a veteran. I have never seen this happen its just disgusting and is a disgrace.
Very unprofessional. Spent no time with me. Wanted me to listen to what he had to say, but would not listen to anything I had to say or any of my concerns. Will not be going back. Called medical board to file a formal complaint.
Went in and got a physical evaluation, they took blood and sent it off to the lab. A week later, the results came back but they refuse to give me the results without having to come in and pay for a visit a second time. Great way to double their profit - pay to start the test and pay to get the results of the test. Buyer beware.
I would not recommend anybody to go here. I have been trying to get my medical records from them for over 9 months, the new practice refuses to respond, they gave out a number of a person that was the alleged office manager for Georgia Medical Center when I was a patient there for over 3 years, after 9 requests for my medical records and a complaint to the Georgia Medical Board lets see what happens. Sad shame Dr. Afaq Gul who started the practice and left it to his father and they have sold it has no passion in his prior patients but has ellected to start up numerous other offices under numerous other names. I am appalled and sad and sickened not knowing where all my medical records are. Even my new primary care physician stated they have never seen this type of practice, actions, and unethical behavior and violations of HIPPA in their lives. So I have made a complaint to the Medical Board, and I am going to keep making complaints until somebody delivers my medical records and explains where they are at!!!!!!
Unprofessional is not the word, these people act like a bootleg, cattle hearding, third world, food stamp office. Medical practices are unique with every person. They heard you in & out with the same scripted song & dance act. There is no personal medical attention. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE LINE. THERE IS NO EMAIL ACCESS. MOST IMPORTANTLY, ILL PEOPLE NEED EMPATHETIC, COMPASSION, WHICH IS NULL & VIOD AT THIS FACILITY. I am contacting the medical board concerning how I was treated here.
Worst doctor && there nurses are also very rude . Ever since my mother was going to them they always were switchen doctors never had a good doctor WORST PAIN CLINIiC!!!!!!!!!!!!!
