Medilag Pediatrics

I've only taken my newborn here a few times so far, but Dr. O & the fill-in pediatrician is great! We feel safe with our son in his care.

Dr. Onasanya is Amazing! Everyone on the office staff is kind and caring. We've been with him since 2007 and have never looked back. He cares about his patients, listens and takes a wholistic approach vis just treating symptoms, which we love. My kids actually look forward to seeing him, they think of him as a member of our family not just their doctor. If you're on the fence on whether or not to select this practice for your kids, DO IT! Especially first time parents, you will not regret your decision.

My biggest issue with this place is it was very rude, and when I spoke to the office manager about this, she was even more rude the physician jokes, and plays way too much, and is unwilling to deal with problems that arise in the practice! I already planned to take my kids to different pediatrician after the follow of visit making sure that my daughter was okay, but not right now that’s not even an option because they are so ridiculously unprofessional. If you want quality care for your child, then I’m telling you this is not the place for you.

The providers are great!!!! The staff needs to be completely replaced, they are rude, lazy and do not want to work. I waited over 35 minutes to be called to the back for a nurse visit cause one was playing on computer and the other on the phone. Not to mention they called someone else back first after I was waiting 15 minutes already. Hire people that want to work and help improve the office. The girl had to stick my son twice with the same needle as well. Total disaster with this staff, but the Dr and PA are excellent.

Dr O has been my kids Pediatrican for 7 years and counting. Kind hearted extremely knowledgeable My kids adore him. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating in today’s healthcare society quality service is lacking but Dr O and staff help restore my faith.

My experience has always been the best here,we love our pediatrician,Doctor Onasanya is a very caring & loving person who really loves what he does.

Dr. Onasanya is both my children pediatrician. I trusted him with my first born son and when my now 9 month old daughter was born 2 1/2 months premature he went to the hospital to visit even before she was born and after though she was still in NICU care. Dr. Onasanya cares and is dedicated and our family trust him.

I started taking my children to Dr. O about 5 years ago after I saw how great he was with my neice. I just so happened to be taking my neice to an appointment and him and his staff were so friendly. I wish he had been my original pediatrician for my oldest son because he hated going to the doctors office after very bad experiences with his original pediatrician. He is the best pediatrician ever. My kids aren't even scared of shots anymore.

Dr. Onasanya is a great doctor. He was recommended to me 12 years ago by my OBGYN. He is patient, caring and, he takes time to know my children very well. However, his staff is unbearable, and unbelievably rude. His front desk person, his nurses, and his office manger are very unprofeasional to say the least. They act as if they are the patients, and they have ZERO customer service skills. My 11 year old and 8 year old boys are very dissappinted to no longer have Dr. O as their doctor. They've been coming to his office since birth. Unfortunately, it's no longer worth it to make the drive from Buford to Lilburn to see him. Dr.Onasanya needs to take control of his staff ASAP. Saddly, they are running his patients away.
