I have been working in the fitness industry for almost 15 years and I've learned quite a bit about exercise and fitness. I believe human movement should begin with proper posture. My program for you prioritizes posture and proper movement mechanics and can help you reach your fitness goals effectively and safely. My workouts are 50 minutes long and are designed to help you reach your individual fitness goals. Included in each session, I will help you address your tight muscles/tissues and joints, helping restore range of motion so your body can move more efficiently and reduce or PREVENT localized joint pain.
