Drawing from lessons learned in a life spent in competitive sports, Getting Tire'D Fitness is a mobile boot camp workout routine led by its founder, TrueMan McGee. Getting Tire'D draws its name from the unconventional equipment that make up the core of their unique approach to fitness. Utilizing truck tires of varying sizes, as well as a number of other nontraditional equipment and techniques, Getting Tire’D strives to get different results through different methods.
While important, the core philosophy of Getting Tire’D goes beyond the tires and obstacle course. It’s an all-encompassing approach, and includes helping members make healthy lifestyle choices at the dinner table and when they’re not in class. We feature lessons in making healthy meals and even have our own line of hand-made spring rolls available as an example of the amazing things you can do within a clean-eating lifestyle.
As the founder of Getting Tire’D, I firmly believe in practicing what I preach. I’ve lost over 70 lbs through the program, and take great pride in working with people from all levels of fitness. Whether you are a high level athlete or someone who has never exercised a day in their life, we can help you shrink your waistline without shrinking your wallet.
