Giant Food Store

No issues with staff, everyone seems nice if I need something. However, too often I go to the store and there are no carts available at the entrances. Even when they had hand baskets you had to go to self checkout to get them, but we’re never at the front door, now I can’t find them at all. When carts are available you have to check a few of them and hope you don’t have to choose between a faulty theft break, dented wheel, or a cart that pulls to the side.

I usually have good experiences with Giant Foods. On one particular occasion I visited customer service and in my opinion, the person, Owen, may not be the right fit for the customer service desk. He was very negative, not friendly and needed the transaction was extra lengthy since he needed to obtain additional assistance. Overall, it was negative experience for something very routine and simple.

This is just about the only grocery store my boyfriend and I go to. They're usually always well stocked, the workers are friendly, and for the most part, it's pretty clean. There's not really much to complain about. Only reason I gave it four stars is because they just recently changed their hours from closing at 12am to 11pm but didn't say they fixed their hours, and so my boyfriend and I didn't know and we were being rushed out of the store. But I see online they just changed the hours. And it's just annoying that they're closing earlier now lol. But still a nice store to shop at. You can save a decent amount of money on gas too if you're a rewards member.

Floral department representative was so helpful and sweet. I couldn't decide what i wanted to get as a gift and the blonde hair woman was awesome. She really went out of her way. She is an asset to your store and the floral department.

A young gentleman named Zane dropped what he was doing to ensure I found the produce I was looking for. Kind, attentive and quick on his feet. I will definitely be coming back to this location for the service alone. 10/10 Zane, you rock!

There is no reason on a Saturday at 1:15, for there to be zero shopping carts inside to get one. Get your cart people on the ball. Last two times I was here, no carts!!!

The deli beckoned with its savory charms, Meats and cheeses, a feast fit for swarms. I sampled it all, my taste buds in a trance, Each bite a symphony, a tantalizing dance. Down the aisles I strolled, aisle after aisle, Packed with goodies that made me smile. Canned goods, cereals, and treats so sweet, I couldn't resist filling my cart, oh, what a feat! The bakery called, a fragrant sensation, Breads and pastries, a delightful creation. I snatched a loaf of bread, warm from the oven, And indulged in a pastry, my heart so smitten. But wait, there's more, a whole section for cheese, From cheddar to brie, it put me at ease. I sampled and pondered, my taste buds confused, For choosing just one was a challenge, I mused. The staff, oh so friendly, guided me through, Answering questions, helping me choose. With a smile on their faces, they lent a hand, Making my giant food store adventure so grand. Oh, giant food store, a wonderland so vast, Where shopping becomes an epic blast. From aisle to aisle, my cart overflowing, With each purchase, my happiness growing. Deals and sales could be a bit better, but thats everywhere really. But walmart is cheaper on allot of things but giant is more convenience for me. And can't beat the gas points do come in handy for sure.

This store is kept clean and organized. They have later hours then most grocery stores. Staff are friendly for the most part. The only problem I had was finding someone to help me at the seafood counter.

The store is OK. It is overpriced. The employees of the store are very nice and helpful. However, the pharmacy is subpar. I would have gotten better care from a robot. It's a shame the one Pharmacist doesn't know how to count, and he is quite arrogant.
