Great selection of flavors with lots of choices for ice cream cones, sundaes, and shakes.  The portions are very generous with options for traditional and soft serve ice cream.  No indoor dining with only one bench outside.  Options include eat in your vehicle, stand in parking lot or take it home.

I haven't been to an ice cream place like this in over 20 years! This really took me back. Gibby's is a family owned ice cream parlor that's made ice cream since 1954. They're located on Veterans Hwy in Levittown not far from Bristol, PA. They have a variety of ice cream flavors. It was 23 today but whose counting! The options are soft serve, hard or yogurt ice cream on sugar or waffle cones. Other options were shakes, sundaes, gelatos, specialty sundaes and novelties such as ice cream sandwiches and chocolate banana pops. You can pre-order custom cakes. I purchased cake batter ice cream on a waffle cone with rainbow sprinkles. Oh my, I felt like a kid again! I had sticky fingers, ice cream dripping down my arms, an ice cream mustache & sprinkles all over my clothes. Fun times!!! Unfortunately, there were only five toppings if you didn't purchase a sundae. If you're anywhere near Levittown definitely try it! If you're several miles away...I'd still say try it. It's worth the drive.

Nice ice cream and water ice  shop...  my daughter enjoyed her blue raspberry water ice. Her mouth was blue for a bit after... ‍

I didn't even know they were there, but it's a pleasant little spot, they offer samples if you don't know what a flavor is! I wish their shakes came with bigger straws but otherwise, I'd go back!

Ice Cream can be found everywhere, but good Ice Cream, it's harder and harder to find. GIBBY'S is that place! If you are in the Levittown, Bristol, Langhorne, heck Burlington, NJ area it should be a crime not to visit. You'll understand the lines. Thus is premium homemade small batch Ice cream. It is not expensive - but don't tell everyone. The banana ice cream is unbelievably delicious and natural! They even have icecream for the fur baby.

Best homemade ice cream in the locality. Have tasted few of the flavors there.My favorite is Strawberry Cheesecake. Nice people and excellent mouthwatering flavors make me visit them frequently. Gibbys...the best.

Last day of school tradition: We Bought a few pints of ice cream to take home and 2 giant Milkshakes. Gibby's is our regular go to spot for ice cream.

Staff is lovely and quick! My son got the soft serve with a chocolate dip and I had chocolate peanut butter hand scooped ice cream cone. Perfect end to a hot summer day! Yum!
