I have been going to Giao for over 15 years. She was the FIRST person I trusted to cut my hair after moving here. I've never regretted it. She's always done an amazing job with cuts, coloring, waxing, and even hair for my wedding. She's always been very honest about what will look good and what won't. I highly recommend her!
I called in this morning and some asian lady answered, she's very rude telling me that she doesn't take a walk in customer , then asked me if i have the Groupon coupon i said yes then she said that i have to wait until next month continuing to talk rudely and screaming over the phone i dont know why, then she said that i have to pay extra $50 coz my hair lenght is over the shoulder, she said my hair is too long, to make the story short,,, i would nevet go there to get my hair done,,,Very rude and customer service suck ass,, No proffesionalism what so ever!!!!!
