I bought a product from there, the lady was professional, and prices are reasonable for the products. The reason for the two stars is I wanted to return the mousse as it’s too heavy, I called and left a message and 4 wks later still not return call. So, now I am forced to keep mousse and use it even though it leaves my hair greasy. I will use it I guess as a treatment. I won’t purchase or go there as I believe a phone call is in order. So, if they can’t call me back why give them any more of my $

Jennifer was so awesome! I've never been to an actual salon or had my hair colored and she was super friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. I really love the results, and the pricing is incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Bonus, you can book online. Super easy, and don't have to worry about anyone answering the phone.
Jennifer is the BEST!! She does my highlights & my haircuts, & its always AWESOME every time. She is very sweet & listens 2 what you want, & gives advice about what will look the best with your lifestyle & facial shape..I'm very impressed with the decor in salon, it's very nice & very clean. Jennifer was there for me when I was new to Iowa, when I was a bridesmaid, when I got married, and even after I moved out of state. Even my mother used to drive from Wisconsin to get her hair cut here. I trust very few people to cut my hair & Jennifer never disappointed me. Prices are fair, the salon is clean, and the service is friendly.
Salon 86 was a beautiful establishment where I was greeted with friendly faces. I'm used to a barbershop so this was a little different for me, but my hairstylist was professional and did a great job! Loved the environment and the friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new place to get a fresh cut.
I have called this salon one week in a row, left voicemails. I wanted to give them a try as a new customer, but I had questions. I have not once received a phone call back or did ever a person pick up the phone. It went straight to voice mail. After repeatedly calling, finally received someone on the line who was not able to answer my questions, but took my information and was going to request the stylist to call me back. It has been several days the stylist never called me back. I guess business is not needed at this place. I will go somewhere else where they actually care about customers.
The ladies at this salon are great. I usually only see one individual, but shes been so booked that I've expanded to other associates at the salon. Atmosphere is nice too, not overly done.
I love to experiment with cut and color. Salon owner Jennifer does not disappoint! Love my hair every time I leave.
