I have worked in the world of benefits for 25 years. During that time, I have dealt with a good many insurance brokers, but none of them as dedicated to their clients as Gibson and Associates. In my job as benefits manager, I have enjoyed a working relationship with David Gibson and his staff for eight years. They are an amazing group of people! Each person has an area of expertise, and they work diligently to accomplish any task requested of them, including going to bat for our staff when there is an insurance issue that needs to be addressed with the insurance carriers. It isn’t just a job to them; they genuinely care about the people they represent. I have recommended Gibson and Associates to other companies and individuals, and I will continue to do so. They are the best!

Gibson and Associates is amazing to work with, they each make working with insurance a little more tolerable, maybe even enjoyable at times. Their response time is spectacular, never leaving you questioning if they received your concern or not. I have worked directly with Brandi Brill for several years now and her knowledge is definitely power, as she has worked hard advocating for all of our employees. Gibson and Associates has been a great business connection for our small construction company. We have under 15 employees and we are treated the same as a company with 50 employees. They are always a phone call, text, email away from the support we need. Handling all our business in a professional manner. If one associate cannot answer a question about a specific insurance need they immediately put me in touch with another team member who can handle the question. Gibson and Associates has been Blythewood Oil Company's partner in everything about insurance since 2006. I am bombarded by other company's offerings to become our partner for insurance as a replacement for, or in addition to, Gibson and Associates. My standard answer to them is we aren't planning to and don't want to make any changes with our insurance program. Everyone at Gibson always goes beyond our expectations in anything we need. Allison H. is my central contact, and she is wonderful. We actually look forward to Open Enrollment each fall as we know David, Pete, and Mike will also be spending time with us. As with Allison, throughout the year they are always available to answer our questions and give us any guidance we need or want.
