The nurses are really sweet and good at their jobs, however the actual doctor was extremely defensive and rude on multiple occasions. For anyone coming, do not ask a question and actually expect a respectful answer, and if you're in contact with your dogs breeder, DO NOT bring up your breeder. Any question you ask is going to be taken as a personal attack and he will YELL at you in front of everyone at the vet, just as he did to my mother. We were supposed to have a procedure done on our dog and we just asked him how it was going to be done since we only knew of a different method, and he blew up at us, and then cancelled the surgery and sent us home and didn't reschedule. Not that we would want to anyway.
Took my cat in a week ago to get spayed as well as 2 vaccination shots plus a nail trim. They did it all in one day and for a very reasonable price! Ended up being under $300 for everything including her pain meds. My cat is my baby & I was definitely a bit nervous when I first brought her home on how her recovery would go but it seems like she was in great hands! The incision site has been healing perfectly & she already seems to be back to herself just barely a week later. The staff was also very kind and very helpful! I definitely recommend bringing your cat or dog here :
If it was possible to give negative 1 star I would! If you care about your pet DO NOT take them here!!! not only was the vet extremely rude but also the vet tech. I took my dog for a checkup and when the vet was checking my dogs ears he was pulling them to the point he made my dog cry. not only did the vet hurt my dog, but he also treated my dog like if he was a wild animal. the vet did not seemed to care that he was hurting my dog if you don't care about animals don't be a veterinarian!.
They took phenomenal care of my German Shepherd for the 13+ years we had him. Up to and including the very end. Dr Jay and his staff were very compassionate during that difficult time.
A no-nonsense veterinary clinic. Did what they said they were going to do, didn't overcharge me, showed care for my pet and respect for my wishes. They deserve 5 stars for the simplicity of service but I only wish they had provided me a next-day follow-up care call to see how my pet was doing after her anesthesia. Otherwise pretty good! I will be returning.
