This is a great spot to access the paved Virgil L. Gilman Trail. It's close to the IL 56 interchange and it's outside of Aurora. There are about a dozen parking spaces. My favorite part of the trail lies to the west, from the long IL 56 overpass out to Waubonsee Community College.
Good spot to go for a walk, run or bike ride. No outhouses though, if you need to use the bathroom do not use for your starting location.
It's a parking lot. The trail is great for running/biking. Silly thing to review.
