I paint beautiful, realistic portraits of beloved children, people, horse, dogs, cats, other animals and house portraits. I strive to capture the personality of each subject and paint them in a setting familiar to them. I will often take study photos, which is essential with most children and animals, as they are unable to sit still for a portrait. I am often ask to paint memorials, which I consider quite an honor. In those circumstances I will gather up as much reference as possible, as well as talk with those who knew my subject best. A finely painted portrait will last forever and only increase in value.
