Giordano's Pizza

This was the second time going to a Giordano's. The 1st time was in the downtown Chicago area. This time it was a suburban area. This time I also tried the extra thin crust versus the first time trying a deep dish. I did enjoy the pizza but I do wish it was cut in triangles versus squares. The service was good and the server was friendly. We were seated right away and food and drinks came out promptly. After a while it did get busier and the atmosphere remained the same. I would recommend checking out this establishment.

Being 1 of two groups 5 in our party & 3 in the other party in the entire restaurant it took more than an hour to get our food after our orders were taken. 2 personal pan pizzas 1 gf and 2 pasta orders. This was the saddest display of service I have ever experienced. And the food was mediocre at best. The atmosphere was fine, but the service and food were unacceptable.

April did an excellent job as our server! Friendly and attentive, she helped with recommendations for our family visiting from Texas. We had a great time and the food was delicious!Food: 5/5

The wait staff was rude, even though we did arrive an hour before close. However we were still paying customers and still provided a tip. But they were mean, we were ignored after our initial drinks, and the food was disgusting. The only saving grace was they switched waitresses on us and she was nicer. Horrible experience and will not be back!

I work down the Street and I placed my Order Online. It was a easy process and picked up my order 45 Minutes Later. My Pizza was Hot and my Salad was nice and Cool. Service was Outstanding! My perfect Lunch!Food: 5/5

our waitress was amazing and literally the nicest lady ever, i somehow got pizza sauce on my jordan’s and she went to her office and gave me her tide pen to help get it out. she was always making sure we were good, and she’s the best. the only thing was these 2 guys who worked there kept hovering on the other side of our table the entire time we were there and they kept looking at me and when i went to the bathroom, my boyfriend heard them make nasty comments about me/my body. it made me feel uncomfortable and i couldn’t even enjoy my meal because they just kept standing right there by our table. like go work or something bro. waitress lady was amazing though :

This is by far the best Giordanos I’ve been to, and I’ve been to all of them and they never get it right..but this one does! Thanks to the manager Ladarius for going out his way for the special order. The staff is also very friendly.

This Giordanos was wonderful and well worth the visit. It a good experience the atmosphere was calm, the food was delicious and a all around good vibe. The waiter Monique was very pleasant and professional, the manager Marquise was helpful and also very professional. I would give the restaurant a 10 out of 10! Wonderful staff.Food: 5/5

I try to stop in and get a to-go order to take back to Detroit whenever I'm in the area. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. I made a mistake on my online order and ordered 2 of the same thing instead of 2 different pizzas and when I got to the store and realized what had happened, the lady at the register almost had a PTSD moment like she thought i was going to go off on her, that lady has seen some stuff and probably doesn't get paid enough. She offered everything she could to make up for it, but it was my mistake and I didn't have time to wait around for a remake or anything. These guys are always super nice when I go in, the store is always clean, and the food is always good. I'll keep coming back.

Great place for food and game watching. They have a ton of televisions, tables and staff throughout the restaurant. The food tasted like all the other Giordanos I have attended to. We had a group of 6 people and they let us pre-order our food and let us add additional food and drinks when we were eating with no problem. The bathroom is small for a restaurant of this size and could use more attention for more cleaning which why I gave it four stars, but they dining area is very cleaned, spacious and sanitized.
