The workers had beautiful personality they did a beautiful job they not completed yet but I know when they completed I know they're going to do an awesome job
I had a great experience over the phone. We had a window that was not working correctly, and on a Friday at lunch time, we were worried that we would have a window that was out of the frame for several days in the August heat. I called to schedule service, and the guy on the phone was VERY professional and talked me through fixing the issue myself without any charge. He was outstanding. When they had the opportunity to take easy money from us, they didn't do it. I would highly recommend Glass Doctor.
This place was not very professional. I called trying to find someone to give me an estimate on window repair but was rudely told by the Tennessee location who I contacted based on their website info that they did not service my area understandable in that I'm more than an hours drive away from Columbia so I called the Huntsville, AL location 20 miles away. The lady who answered wasn't sure if they supported my area but would call me back. I never have received a call back. I can't comment on their work but I was not satisfied with their office staff's follow through.
No longer there.
No response to my call.
