At Glenville Cooperative Nursery School, we offer three school year programs in addition to our six-week summer program.

OUR GOALS: At Glenville Cooperative Nursery School, we strive to create a nurturing, engaging, and creative environment that will provide our children with the most well-rounded experience possible. We aim to:

Involve children in a variety of activities including art, science, literacy, music and movement
Establish a positive attitude towards learning
THE COOPERATIVE APPROACH: A cooperative preschool means active involvement of all members. Parents take part in the actual running of the school as elected officers or committee members. Parents also attend general membership meetings.
Parents will also assist the teachers as 'Helper Parent' for an entire session. On those days, parents are responsible for providing the snack, helping to set up and clean up the days activities, and for assisting the children & teacher.
Participating in your child's school provides you with a unique opportunity to support and to contribute to your child's early school experience. It provides you with the opportunity to observe your child in group situations, and to make a connection between home and school.
