I've gone in here twice for pet food and the staff have been on their cell phones each time. Wasn't even acknowledged and was basically grunted at when I asked for help. The one in Peterborough at the Portage Place Mall is so much better, and the staff is very friendly.
Great staff. We had been waiting for a shipment of a certain dog food. It arrived early and they called to let us know even though we didn't request it.

Always friendly and helpful service. Unfortunately their loyalty program is ending in Oct 2022, too bad it was a good deal.

Ridiculous COVID measures. I can't wear a mask and was told by the staff they couldn't leave their desk to help me with product in the store. I guess some plexiglass stops the spread of the virus. Insane. We left without purchasing anything and will not be back.

Great shop - always helpful, good selection and their buy 12 get 1 free dog food program is fantastic especially when you're dropping $90 a bag. Main thing; our pup loves them all here - that says more than anything I could type.
Best Service!!Really listens to any problems you have and do a great job of helping a client. Wonderful help with dogs with allergies. Thanks to all there hard work we found the right food. One very happy customer!!
Staff here are always willing to help and take the time you need. They have even ordered in items they don't carry from their supplier for me.
