This place is absolutely wonderful. They always do their best to help you find what you need, and offer alternatives when they don't have exactly what you're looking for. I want to thank the young man who helped me carry my dog food to my car last week after a serious rib injury left me unable to do so myself.

Big Thank you to Karolina who works here, she is definitely a big wealth of information who got us set up with all the essentials for our new kittens !! Also more than likely saved one of our little kitties who wasn’t eating and helped explain why and what to do and the little critter is back on track. Thank you again.

I recently got a puppy, and I didn’t even know we had a global pet foods in town until I drove past it tonight I wasn’t a pet owner so it wasn’t on my radar. I stopped in to pick up a thing or two and had an amazing experience! I was greeted right away and asked if I was looking for something. The staff member helped me find the exact items I was looking for and answered all my questions with some knowledge and experience. She was really friendly and personable, she even thanked me on my way out. This was such a different experience from what I had at another pet store in town that I think I will do business with global exclusively in future.

Great food for your pets, much better than the North American garbage at most stores. Friendly staff.

Quick, friendly, and to the point. They always have the dog food I'm looking for Lifetime and they happily enforce safety protocols for the benefit of staff and customers.

Had a terrible experience with this store. Get get treated like garbage unless you can afford a $100 bag of food and they push unproven snake oil remedies. Didn’t listen to me at all. Horrible place, will not be going back. Giving them a one only because you can’t give none.

We have a very picky cat and wanted to try some new food. Staff was super helpful and gave us a bunch of good options for our cat. Just have to wait and see if our cat agrees with our choice!

Very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff. Very pet-friendly environment. Good sugggestions offered for some concerns I shared about one of my pets. Will be going back, for sure.
