This is only for the primary care side. Urgent care has always been so beyond kind. I went in the wrong side on accident. I am 20 weeks pregnant and flustered already from needing to go to an urgent care. I went up to the window and said excuse me, I think I am on the wrong side.. she proceeded to bark at me and told me she wasn’t ready for me and I needed to go sit. I felt like a child being reprimanded. I apologized and told her I’d go sit down. She made me feel even more anxious and upset. Then, when she was ready she barked at me again saying okay now I’m ready, what do you need ma’am? I don’t know what type of customer service training you all provide your employees but treating patients like that is unacceptable. Any shred of kindness would have been greatly appreciated. I won’t ever make the mistake of going on the wrong side again. I think her name was Patty, not sure though but she has short blonde hair. I work in the health care field and I know how hard it is right now. But there is zero excuse for treating people like that.
I was with this office for about a year or so. We understand things happen. I was seeing Abigail, I was scheduled in June for a follow up. A week before my appointment the office called said they had to reschedule. Ok fine. I also told them that I needed a new script for my prescription. The receptionist said she would let her know. Ok. When I called the pharmacy to get my refill they never received the script. I called the doctor office and complained and was told they couldn’t do anything until she came back. I went almost a week without my prescription. My new appointment was for September. I had the same issue. As before. I transferred to a new doctor office. This office is the worst I had. They don’t listen to what you have to say. I don’t recommend them at all.
Bryan c in urgent care is Very rude everytime I see him or go with someone to have them be seen he will try to argue when called out for his attitude highly do not recommend him as a person
I used to feel good about my care when there was a Full Time physician there but over past few years, he is there 2 days a week. I no longer am using the doctor here as I prefer consistent care that I can count on. I feel this facility has suffered by recent changes to staff and office operations and lack of full time physician. I had to discover I had heart disease while Wintering in Florida. I think everyone needs to advocate for great healthcare for themselves and not settle for just seeing a RN or PA if your insurance is paying for a Licensed Certified MD.
Fast medical services provided that they are able to provide.
Really gone downhill last couple years. Nobody returns phone calls, refills not called in,different doctors all the time.
