GNC Granada Hills

Came to this location to grab a bottle of the healthy high blood pressure formula. I am really happy with the results and have been on the product for about 6 months. The man working there signed me up for automatic shipments of it and wow am I really glad he did!!!!! I no longer have to go around to different locations trying to find it in stock! The store was organized and clean. The parking lot was a struggle to get thru though due to so many locations in the mall.

These folks wouldn’t refund me for a returned item and I was about two weeks in the 30 day money back guarantee, and had only consumed 2 capsules so the product was nearly unused. The employee claimed that they couldn’t do it since it was a family business. Apparently because it’s a family business they don’t have to comply with GNC policies, therefore, no refund. Went to a different GNC and received my refund. Will file a complaint with GNC corporate.

Not a good place to shop! Sure the guy might be a little helpful pushing expensive products, but that's as far as it goes. This place is a complete mess. There was stocking to be done, facing of most the products was necessary, and there was dust everywhere. With no one in the store, this should be easily accomplished. You guys should really hire someone who wants to work there. P.S. They still had a Christmas tree up

So since my husband and I moved in on our own it’s been a little of a struggle to buy things without thinking about it first. I called GNC in Granada hills to see if it was even worth my time to come down due to my budget . I suffer from anxiety and was looking for something that would help me burn fat but, nothing with that crazy energy high most pills give you ! Jay was able to confirm prices and give me all the amazing details about the products he had before I even stepped foot in the store ! He made my experience super convenient and easy ! Thank you so much and I can’t wait to try out my product and get results!

I can't say enough how thankful I am that we have such a wonderful small business in our neighborhood. The owner are brothers, how awesome is that!!! I have always received great advice and always had all my questions answered. Small business is the backbone of America. These guys deserve your patronage because they deliver the exceptional service and knowledge that you would expect. On a side note, they carry all of the available flavors on the Xtend BCAA's powder I use which is uncommon and they are almost always on sale when I stop in which is unheard of for brick and mortar-and are often less expensive than on-line.

We love this place. It’s family run, they have a personal touch and are very educated about the products they sell.

Bought a pre work out at another location, pre workout made me itchy and when I tried to return it here they made a farce of trying to scan the receipt and told me openly that they can not process the return but they can offer me an exchange. I don’t believe workers are honest with the customer at GNC stores. First they promise you that the product won’t make you itchy and after that being false they don’t accept the return. PS: Called corporate regarding issue, they apologized and told me to go back that returns can be made anywhere at any GNC store. The guy that refuse to give me a return at first turned out to be the boss at the store. Customer service poor and Dishonest. Will never come to this GNC store anymore.

Been going to this place for a couple years now super friendly and helpful stuff check them out the always have a good inventory of even love this place

Very rude staff , made It uncomfortable to shop with my toddlers, was annoyed when I walked into store and he was on speakerphone with a friend. Complained how my kids were simply being kids.

Great customer service. Super positive and knowledge attendant. Requested some recommendations and without hesitation he helped me out with a great result.
