I just got my new phone from consumer cellular, was on the phone with them trying to switch the phones, the phone went dead as soon as they switched it. I panicked! I went to Target, they have consumer cellular services. The two young men who helped me were absolutely wonderful! It was Andrew and Oscar. They were so patient and knowledgeable. My phone was up in no time. Thumbs up to whoever hired them! Good choice. Thank you.
I love their Drive Up option. It really helps busy parents multi task to get through the household chores so that we can spend more time with our family. Plus it’s free, can’t beat that.
I just have the worst experience at this location. With the manager Ruth trying to return some cat and Jack items that she refused to return and was very condescending about the situation. I had corporate on the phone. And I actually looked up the policy and was telling her that she was absolutely wrong. About the returns and she would not listen. It was very rude. I'm making a formal complaint with corporate. You cannot treat your customers this way and make up rules as you go along. Ever since the remodel, this target has been missing the mark with regular customer service and being kind. It's the holidays and for her to just be rude and condescending is absolutely unnecessary.and I for what won't tolerate. I hope she's reprimanded for how she treated me. She's just not very kind. It takes absolutely nothing to lead with a little bit of kindness. How people get manager rolls and act this way is beyond me
It's not my favorite target location, but it gets the job done relatively well. Drive up service kinda sucks because of the wifi issues at this place, and the fact that "management" is not caring doesn't make it any easier. The employees on drive up are pretty darn cool though.
Very bad experience especially with “management” customer service. Ended up going to a different retailer that was able to accurately help. Was turned away in a very unsure way. At the end of the day I don’t have a problem giving my money to another business.
This target is horrible its so sad to see how management treats and discriminates their employees here, Anita the ETL manager I believe she is, she's very rude and nasty I witnessed her on my visit at this location harassing an employee who was only doing their job, I stepped in to defend and she started to get loud and extremely disrespectful. They need better leadership at this store.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store is so clean and organized so it’s not difficult to find a she items your looking for.
Very clean and organized store. CVS Pharmacy staff in this Target are very professional and friendly. I took my parents to their pharmacy for their vaccines. They honored their schedule on-time and issued their cards right away.
I used to love coming here but man CUSTOMER SERVICE went downhill. Store became the worst with employees at Customer Service. I avoid coming here now. I prefer the other target on balboa. Cindy and this other girl had complete attitudes. I stood in line, not busy no one was around. Would just ignore, continue going to the back, talking with other employees. I was just trying to get help returning something. I had to get a guy’s attention to get help. 1/10
Clean store properly marked Isles with a understandable layout everything seemed to be stocked well I mean what do you expect from Target it's Walmart's nicer more well-dressed cousin
