GNC Live Well

I didn't go there today, but I can say that the last time I was there, the clerk was so kind, I said I don't want to spend that much, do you have a coupon, and yes he did.

Stopped by twice this week. First time about 1 pm door was locked and open sign was off. Second about 3:45 today, open sign was on but doors locked.

Went to this location at 2 in the afternoon and they had a sign saying that they will return at 2:45 p.m. The associates were still inside the store but refused to come to the door to let anyone in and I only had a simple quick in-and-out purchase. Either hire more people to be inside your store to service people in a timely manner or if you're going to not be available for 45 minutes maybe make yourself scarce so the people who are on the outside don't actually see that you're still in there just avoiding them if you actually want to have customers and get money then you have to be available for the customers when the customers want to buy s***

Store says it’s suppose to be open until 7 and I’m here at 6:40 pm but it’s closed

Multiple times I’ve come to this location during their posted business hours and they’re closed. It’s Sunday April 24th, they’re supposed to be open until 6pm. I get there at 5:45 and they’re closed. This is extremely frustrating because I work out of town during the week in a rural are where there is no supplement store. You should hire reliable people that will keep the store open for the hours listed online and on your storefront window. Very disappointing!

Got to the store at 5:30 there was a sign saying they would be back at 5:35, it’s now 5:55 and they close at 6. I just had something I wanted to grab quick. Horrible employee.

Mat and luc were awesome they really helped me out I went to the gnc in apple valley and and Lisa that worked there were was being so difficult and giving me hard time returning an item I bought less than 24 hours. They said they couldn't return it and couldn't help me but I read the company policy and They were talking the opposite of what the policy said. Gladly I came to luc and mat and they really cooperated and helped me out

I stop at this store looking for BBCAA and I did not find what I was looking for.. but there were 2 nice guys that thanks to his kind , friendly and polite service I ending buying other BCAA that i liked a lot …So customer service matters … thx guys!!!!

I absolutely love the GNC vitapaks. Unfortunately, with the employment issues, the store is never open the hours it advertises. I recommend having your product delivered.

On three different trips to this location the store has been closed with no posted updated hours on their Google hours page. Likely will make the trip to a different location just to get the supplements I need.
