Jen is the best. I've been buying my protein powder and other supplements here for years. Jen knows the products in and out. Being she is a personal trainer and very fit herself, I know I'm always in good hands with her. She couldn't be more nice and more happy to help you out either. Gnc is lucky to have her, she is a dedicated employee.

I've been a loyal customer of GNC in Winter Haven for many years. I am always pleasantly greeted by the staff when I walk in and my questions are professionally answered. The store is immaculate. I highly recommend this business. The entire staff are wonderful, kind and helpful people.

I rather make my own protein. My wife was looked at like she was stupid. And I was given the silent treatment. While trying to make business with these people. You would never be anything with this type of behavior. These reviews are from Google and they are given to the public you should be very careful how you treat people. It's hurting your business badly especially the manager. Or private owner. The store must not be affiliated with corporate. The employees are way too harsh and complicated

I would highly recommend this brand especially this location. The staff is very friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable of all products in the store. I am always greeted with a smile as well as amazing service.

Had a great experience with Tracy tonight very Great attitude and positive vibes helped me with everything that I needed and had no problem showing me around any products I didn't know about highly recommend stopping in our local GNC! Great people great prices! Thanks Tracy your the best!

Associate Jennifer was very kind and helpful in my experience at this store, she gave me a wide selection of options and even broke down what the products contain and provide, definitely a great customer experience 10/10

I understand each persons experience is their own..however I have been a customer of this GNC location for roughly 7 years, same management, and can't say enough how much they have HELPED me through my journey to better health. From skin care, to fitness products, to even special ordering protein snacks for my kids sports activities. I'm also a trainer at a local fitness establishment and we confidently send our fitness family here, as they are always accommodating and helpful. Grateful for Becky, Jen and the team there! Go introduce yourselves..you won't be sorry.

These people are way too serious they need to greet customers when they come through the door and treat them with more loyalty we are there to buy not to look at someone with an angry Stone Face especially the blonde hair lady in her 40s and the girl with the tattoos all around her neck I have nothing else bad to say about this store I'm pretty sure you guys got great products but at the same time your attitude is horrible you need to work on being more friendly and social with the community I'm sorry for leaving this review I never do stuff like this to people but I wanted to make an impression and want people to learn that in life you cannot treat everyone like this it is unfair and makes the customer feel like he or she will never return ever again
