Went to Sonic for breakfast today. I had the Supersonic burrito, it has jalapenos and is spicy, but being from Texas I handled it fairly well. I wish they still had the steak breakfast burrito, but apparently it's no longer available. I also had a side of tots and a drink. Overall it was okay, nothing special. The ingredients in the burrito appear fresh, the addition of tomatoes we're nice. The staff looked like they were just waking up or extremely burned out and indifferent. That's okay, not there to make friends, but would have been nice to have a friendlier staff. If you looking for something to eat when you're not sure what you want this is indeed an option. Not impressed, but not disappointed either.
I like Sonic, but half of the ordering kiosks were out of order, and for some reason I couldn't let them know I was there through their app so I had to find a kiosk that worked. Annoying. Anyway, the food was good as always, which is why it still got 5 stars. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.
Our server was very nice, and that was the highlight. The food was mostly cold, and the burger was not very good. The seating area was dirty, and all the ceiling fans were broken and looked bad. It did have menus in both Spanish and English which was nice. There was also a wheelchair accessible table, but one of the seats was broken. Wheelchair accessibility: There were several ramps up onto the seating area which was nice. The buttons on the ordering menu were also accessible.
They are always good. Eat here twice a month and it's always great sonic food.Food: 5/5
My husband and I always come here but this time we are very disappointed. We called the store and no one is answering. We both got burgers and they were both so sloppy and not warm at all, plus we have tots that are so over fried that we couldn’t even eat them. Will try to call again tomorrow to get our money back
Update 6/15/21 - This was the second visit in reopen times that we have visited and my order was prepared wrong. On this occasion I ordered the DOuble bacon cheeseburger combo with a slush. I asked for no lettuce, tomato or mayo but to add ketchup, mustard and pickles. What I received was a very good burger that was plain by all accounts. Burger bun and bacon were excellent but it was not to my specifications. What bothered me is that I ended up repeating the order twice with them repeating it back to me right both times. The only other issue was that neither of our drinks was mixed properly. In the end they were fine but the appearance was not the usual. We did enjoy our meal but I really like to get what I order the way I order it. This was the first location we found here and I have been here often over the years. I have always had good service and the food is excellent.
Pretty sad that you can never trust going to Sonic anymore when you’re starving. Literally received stale/old fries along with little tiny hard pieces of “JUMBO” popcorn chicken. Completely disappointing!
The burger was thrown together VERY sloppy and the fries were below average,warm but not fresh. There was no ketchup in the bag. This was my first visit AND definitely my last. They had an opportunity to make a a first impression and they ruined it!!!
Doordasher: I’d avoid picking up orders from this Sonic. Orders are always ready 15mins+ after the original pick up time. This is my third time with the same experience..Food: 1/5
Waited 40 minutes at my designated stall. Went to the drive thru and they just had my food sitting there waiting. Im not sure why they didn't bring it to the stall.Food: 3/5
