This is the BEST GNC location! The owner is usually there and is very friendly and helpful- I have taken his recommendations on several products and have loved them all! You get the regular GNC perks while still having the vibes of a locally owned business. My family literally only goes to this location,we love it so much!

The store is well stocked and clean. The young man who assisted me had knowledge of the several things I asked about, as well as where to find them in the store. It was a very positive experience, and I walked away with several items. Looking forward to feeling great from my new supplements. Thanks Farrissp? I'll be back to this location.

Great customer service the salesperson Curtis was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain and educate myself on the products I was looking at and bought some items. Definitely will be back. Thank you for a great experience.

Don’t even ask for advice from the guy that works there. He’ll tell you everything works just to sell something. He’ll also say “just return it if it doesn’t work”. Tried one product out of the 3 I bought. Didn’t work whatsoever as he described so I brought the other 2 unopened products back and he said “no refunds” and proceeded to be very rude to me when I demanded my money back. Awful service and I’ll make sure to let all my friends know to stay away from this store

I wasn't necessarily in the store it was just a phone call and then customer service was excellent answered all the questions I had. He knew what I was talking about no problems it was easy peasy

Companies question why Amazon is taking over well here are a few reasons. Went into the GNC in Boynton. Bought some supplements realized how over priced they were compared to other stores and amazon. I decided to return one of the 2 I got and went to the store in the LANTANA plaza off of jog to return it since I have 3 kids and it was easier to trek to. I asked the guy if I could return the product there inside of driving all the way back down to boynton and he said “technically I’m suppose to say yes. I’m suppose to return it no problem but when I return something from another store I lose money bc I only get the whole sale price back, maybe you can buy something else to make up for my loss?” He suggested some Schisandra Fruit supplement telling me it will help me get through my stall with losing weight. I get home and do research on it and it says nothing about weight loss benefits. This guy basically sold me whatever just to sell me something and make up his loss of profit. P.s the boynton store advertises “need advice on keto come on in” yet when I did the guy there knew nothing about anything. He admitted he didn’t know much about keto and just pointed to where things were located. No advice as to brands and what he thought was better. Stick to Amazon. Least they don’t guilt trip you when you want to return something and the reviews are more knowledgeable than actual staff members of GNC.
