The Homeless People that are in their Parking Lot are scary for older people and women. We just had a run in with my elderly husband. The guy was asking for cash which we didn't have so he tried to punch my elderly husband in the face. Get rid of those homeless losers or your business will suffer.
The fountain drinks taste really bad, and the excuse is "Lake Worth water tastes bad". Nah, if the water is being filtered properly, it shouldn't be tasting like that. Either way, the fountain drinks should be out of service until that nasty azz water problem is fixed, because there's no telling what is making that water taste like that. Pretty crazy that a store is fine with serving obviously unhealthy water to hundreds of customers every day.
I've been patron here, few times a week since opened. 2am, grabbed debit card, chosing to leave purse. got all kinds stuff; guy id's me! Never b4 have I been id'd there. He saw I didn't have my purse, decided to spread joy. .. This boneheaded
QT... quit ruining everything. Recent remodeling/rearranging has made it super hard to get in line for the checkouts. Plus, the kitchen is now blocked off so I can't watch my food being prepared which was half the fun. And now you stole my cheese! The grilled cheese sandwiches started out being warm and gooey and stringy with melted goodness on delicious oversized bread. Now it's small tasteless nothing for the bread. The "butter" is some plastic tasting oil. And there's hardly any cheese definitely not stringy anymore. I'm super BUMMED! Please turn those aisles back around and make the grilled cheeses big and loaded and tasty again. Pretty please!
The first pump I drove up to #12, had something jammed into the credit card reader, so I had to drive to another pump. I pushed the "Help" button to inform the store staff, but no one answered the intercom to provide me with customer service.
This is one of my favorite QuikTrip locations. Always clean and the staff are super friendly. Not to mention it’s very easy to get back on the highway. And much nicer than the eyesore RaceTrac across the street!
If you like being accosted by panhandling addicts, this is the gas station for you.
Nothing works. Everything is always out. Qt must be on its way out. Everything more expensive. Rude workers. Nasty workers who flirt and trade numbers at the register. Oh and P.S. racetrac is better and cheaper and their snacks are wayyyy better. Qt snacks are always over cooked and stale and just don't taste as good. The cups are higher quality. Speaking of high. Too many workers here are obviously high. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else :
I go to work every morning around 3 am. Gage S. is usually there and is very courteous. I have never seen anyone work as quickly or do as much as this guy. The coffee is already brewed and hot, there's lots of hot food items prepared, and there are plenty of snacks available. In all, I feel welcomed and intend to make more stops here for the convenience and time I save.
Had my car stuck at the entrance out of gas, before I even finished my sentence they grabbed their crew and pushed it for me all the way to the pump. Can't express enough gratitude, they definitely will take good care of you.
