GNC Live Well

Went in there to get some good information on a high protein and also nutrient protein powder. The guy behind the counter really didn't want to be bothered and just say yeah this is what your looking for. My grandma likes this one. Not informative or really helpful at all. Not what I am use to at all eith GNC stores. I won't return to this store.

To the Joy lady that came in looking for “nutrient protein powder”, I informed you that vitamins and minerals are micronutrients. You said I was wrong but that is indeed what they are. I came from behind the counter & I recommended gnc total lean not because it is a gnc brand but it is high in fiber and also has the vitamins and minerals you were looking for. I also mentioned what flavors were good. You didn’t like my advice and stormed out the door.

JC was knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me find what I was looking for, and told me about the GNC membership to help me save money on my next visit. Highly recommend!

So so pushy. I understand they have products that make more comision for them, but just let me buy what I want. Everyone can research products on google before they buy them. Unless people ask for advice, they don't want to be upsold the whole time. Honestly this happens at most GNC stores so I'm just going to buy what I need from Amazon from now on probably for cheaper. I feel bad for people who don't like saying no to salesmen if they go in this store. Seriously it's just not pleasant shopping in these stores because they won't leave you alone.

I cannot recommend this location enough, I have been going to supplement shops for over a decade and I have never had such a positive interaction. I was calling around to different locations looking for a very obscure and specific supplement that I need today for a health condition, and even though they did not have what I was looking for, the manager I spoke with Fant Glenn, went above and beyond to help me out: he walked through several alternative options, looked up different shipping possibilities, and after determining none of those would work for me, he actually pointed me to a place that would in-fact have the product I needed, which they did. I have never had anyone at a supplement store sell-away business just to help a customer get what they actually need, and I will definitely be coming to that location from now on for all of my other supplement needs because of it - 10/10 highly recommend
