Such a great experience! Had a family outing here and wow. This was our first time at a ziplining park and was very surprised to the level of physicality it took We got thru and created a great memory. I highly recommend and think it's worth the cost.
We had an amazing adventure at Go Ape in Raleigh. The staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The kids were asking to come back before we even left. Great family adventure or an adventure with friends
My wife and I are both 57 and tried zip lining for the first time. We felt too old but the young staff were very friendly and assured us people our age and older do the courses there. We tried it and had a great time! Took about 2 1/2 hours to complete. At the last course I launched into the rope net but the wife bypassed that part. A lot of work to get to the final zip line but it was the granddaddy of them all and a lot of fun. Thanks to Go Ape for their help and making us feel welcome. We would love to come back again sometime!
So much fun! Hubby & I went and had a blast so we went 2 weeks later with our grandsons. Even more fun!! Some of the course is very challenging mentally and physically but if you can walk or climb a ladder, you can do this course!! Try it!
My family and I recently went to Go Ape Adventure Park for the first time and it was great! The staff was wonderful and that made the experience even better. They were professional and personable with all of us and extremely encouraging, which as a first timer was very reassuring. Our guides were Alby and Amber so I just want to recognize them for their ability to make us feel welcomed, safe, and entertained. It's always nice to be around people who love their job.
We went for our first visit, in spring 2021. Our family had never done any type of zipline or adventure course activity. Everyone was really nervous beforehand. Once, we got started though, the nerves went away. The staff was very thorough about helping everyone get on their harnesses, and explaining safety precautions. Our family had a great time.
This was my second time visiting this course and felt it was very disorganized and a waste of money. We booked and prepaid for a 2:15 time slot and arrived 20 minutes early as was suggested. Either the staff was slow, or they were accommodating the 2 pm group who arrived late which resulted in our group not even getting checked in until after our time. Without any guidance we did find our way to the area to get rigged up. There was 1 staff member to put rigs on over 10 people. Eventually some other staff member arrived to get people rigged. While on the course, the staff member put everyone on the same course which resulted in a backup and everyone just standing around on the platforms. Ultimately, we only got to run two loops. For $40 per person and a total expenditure of $360 on my part for my group, I would expect more than standing around in the woods not running the course.
We had a blast at Go Ape. It took one or two platforms before my brain felt comfortable up there but they did a fantastic job preparing us and it really couldn't be easier to clip yourself in and go. Expect to get dirty and drink water at the water stations. So much fun. We will be back!
We did the forest escape with Amber and had so much fun! She did a fantastic job helping us out and was super friendly! We solved the puzzle with 10 minutes to spare. Would highly recommend if you’re into escape rooms and puzzles! Ask for Amber!Visited onWeekendWait timeNo wait
You will get a workout on this adventure. Loved it. Note...this is a do it yourself course. I kinda enjoyed hooking everything up myself instead of waiting on an instructor.
