Godfather's Pizza Troutdale

Ordered medium super combo with olives only half and jalapeños on the side, asked how long it would take , young lady said I don’t know, customer behind me came in to pickup his preordered pizza , he asked the same question of how long until it’s ready , girl behind counter responded with I’m only the counter person I don’t know , I can accept that the young lady has a mind set of not providing customer service and is apparently only there for a check , what I can’t accept is the person making the pizza came out from the back and asked the counter girl to clarify if the pizza was to only have olives on half the pizza and the response was yes and the pizza maker said next time put it in the order , if she knew it was supposed to have olives only on half the pizza then why did I get olives on the whole pizza ? Seems to me neither employee cared to provide customer service and paying $30 for a medium pizza isn’t worth it if your not getting what you paid for, training across the board is needed .

Visited for the pizza and salad bar lunch buffet. Visited only a hour after they opened. Figured food would have been aa little fresher. Pizza had obviously been under the heat lamps too long, The raved about taco pie was dry and terrible crust - salad bar selection was not much variety and the peaches were covered in a slimy film the cherry tomatoes tasted moldy - Now i see why we were the only patrons in the whole restaurant during lunch time - the restaurant was clean though which is why i gave extra star but i wont be back again food was not worth it

large 1/2 super combo and half bacon cheeseburger with pickles and extra cheese overall. It was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings. all of the toppings were diced up so there was no pulling large chunks off and making a mess. nice flavorful sauce not overwhelming or flooding the crust. And the thin crust was cooked to just the perfect crunchy without falling to crumbs and yet able to hold up the topping heavy piece for the most part. good dinner pizza!

I really wanted a taco pizza. I ordered the super taco but realized once I got home it was only a regular taco pizza. As much as they charge and only a handful of people were eating in the restaurant they should have had time to make it right. Maybe they had a large order but, I was disappointed. I should have checked before I left, but when I order a standard pizza I figure they make them enough to get it right. If it was a special order that's different. So probably won't be a regular customer. And I had already paid a tip when I ordered online. Guess I learned my lesson.

This was a dine and dash to pick up my roommate and enjoy the aroma of pizza and Italian food being prepared. The hostess was not friendly and I never got the chance to survey the rest of the restaurant. Sorry didn't like the attitude as I walked in. Oh it was close to closing and I'm not that guy.Food: 4/5

I hadn’t been to a godfathers pizza in years. I have good memories and wanted to see if it was the same. The food was great, no problems there. But if you order online, call the store before you leave to pick it up. When I got there they couldn’t find my order, they hadn’t even started it yet.Food: 5/5

Absolutely amazing. The food was incredible and the staff were really friendly. They have a few games inside the restaurant and they were really fun. Ten out of ten. Would recommend trying the chicken Alfredo pizza? I don't think that's what the name is, but it's so gooooood

I would give a negative number if I could. I took my daughter, her husband and two of the grandkids to eat here because my daughter and I had been craving the taco pizza here and we hadn't seen each other in months so it was my splurge. My daughter and I ordered the taco pizza with black olives,salsa and sour cream and my son-in-law ordered a large pepperoni, sausage, black olives and my granddaughter ordered a kids pepperoni and my grandson ordered a kids cheese pizza and of course we ordered drinks and a tip was added at that time because you have to pay first. They had kids games that operated with quarters but when we asked for quarters for the kids we were told no that they don't give out change. Uhm, what? They brought out my kids pizzas first about 5 minutes apart, then bout 10 minutes later they brought the pepperoni pizza and and then 5 minutes later the taco pizza my daughter and I had been craving finally arrived but it didn't have any black olives, barely any lettuce or tomato and there wasn't a side of Salsa or sour cream that I had paid for. We called the waitress/cashier over and asked if we could all get plates, silverware, napkins and asked about the toppings on the pizza, sour cream and salsa. She said she was sorry and would be right back with it all. When she came back she says "we ran out of salsa" and I said " then why wouldnt you tell us when we ordered?" and she shrugged her shoulders and said she would ask her manager about a discount and began to walk away and I said " can we please get the plates and silverware? And more lettuce and tomato?" and my daughter asked to speak to the the manager. About 10 minutes went by and he finally came out and said " I hear you have a problem with my taco pizza?" I said "I'm sure your busy, but we were just wondering why we weren't told that you didn't have all the ingredients for the taco pizza and given a choice as to if we still wanted it or to order something else? And my daughter said cause I mean taco pizza normally has lettuce, tomato,black olives, taco sauce right? "He said " I might have some tapatio in the back and the ultimate taco has black olives on it. Anything else?". I was irritated and almost chucked it at him but calmly said" I don't want this pizza then. He said ok, I told him I had asked the waitress/cashier for plates and silverware a long time ago and he said " customers get that stuff themselves, they're located in the front" and walked away. When I ordered they automatically charged a tip to my card so if there is no table service, why was I charged a 15 percent tip? And it has been a week and the charges have not been discounted in anyway. Never again

Went in for the lunch Buffet and it was great! At least 8 different kinds of pizza! Potato wedges, bread/cheese sticks obviously a salad bar with more than 2 different dressings lol and the staff was super friendly! Definitely will be back for more lunch buffet

Guy on the phone gave me a ton of sass and I received an underwhelming amount of garlic bread. The staff was also visibly upset that we came in to pick up our pizza.
