The ARNP Casey is absolutley wonderful, I came in with high blood pressure, she kept me until it was lowered. Got me back on my medications and was very pleasant. I've actually recommended her to my wife and family and friends! She's now my PCP.
Poor service, poor management, very unorganized office. Nothing is done in a timely manner. I would not recommend going to this doctors office. Have been waiting on a referral for over 3 weeks. I have never been to any doctors office that gives you so much aggravation. The waiting to be seen is ridiculous. When you call you are put on hold passed around. No one seems to know anything there. If you are needing to go somewhere and are having health concerns do not go to this office. They will bill you for things you insurance should cover. The staff is rude when you call trying to figure out why it is taking so long. They need to hire people with experience and that are pleasant.
Dr. Goh is a wonderful doctor buy I ended up leaving his office because his staff cannot follow through with a message to save their life! This was a couple of years ago. My husband is still a patient and needed a prescription called in for severe back pain because he threw his back out and was not able to move. Called Monday morning and after speaking with several of the staff that said they would call it in, it was not done until Tuesday afternoon that it was done, which is ridiculous. Every time we called they said it would be called in by this time or that time and then another girl said she would put his chart on the top of the pile for the nurse. Which I believe the nurse and office manager are the same person. It's terrible how they do not care about their patients and how much pain they are in and DO NOT know how to follow up with a call and follow through with the messages!!!! Poor patient care is all I have to say!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If we didn't keep calling we would still be waiting!! So unprofessional!!
I have been going to see Dr. Goh, for 5+ yrs now and have 0 complaints on Dr. Goh or his staff he is a great Doctor and even a friend as well as the staff. I have never waited a long time to be seen. The facility is clean last yr due to insurance change I had to change PC I don't like where I am at now, I miss Dr. Goh and crew I think they spoiled me. Believe me I miss them?!
Been going here for around 30 years and basically because of Dr Goh. I have never had a doctor call my house to follow-up like he has on my family. I am not ecstatic about the staff that works the window either, but I am willing to wait to be seen because it is the doctor that takes care of me, not the person at the counter. Yes, I have sat and waited. I have also sat and waited at walk in care even with a called ahead appt, urgent care and the ER too. Unfortunately people get sick and want to be seen and get "worked in" ahead of you no matter where you go they triage you for a reason at the ER.
3 weeks for my daughter to get a referral and still waiting. She called and went into the office. Are you serious?? The excuse she got on why it was taking so long is that they are backed up! This is not the first time we have had trouble with the office staff there! It's sad because the doctors are great. That being said I will be finding a new office to go to!
The office staff here are comple idiots. I called to make an appointment, and was asked if I could be there the same day at 1:00. I arrived on time, filled out my paperwork, and paid. I waited over an hour. I asked why several others who arrived after me were called back before me. That's when they told me I was a "walk in". I told them when I called they made me a 1:00 appointment. They proceeded to argue with me about it. I felt extremely ill at the time. I was in no mood to deal stupid people at this point. I got my money back and left. I went to an urgent care clinic down the road where I was seen 5 min after I arrived. I ended up with tonsilitis and a fever of 102. I have been here in the past for flight physicals, and will never return nor refer anymore clients to them. Judging by other reviews, this is not the first issue with their office staff. If they can't even correct their own scheduling issues, I can't imagine how bad they would be to work with if a serious problem arose..
Dr. Goh and Dr. B are great. This office has went out of thier way numerous times to ensure that I got the best care and explanations. Sometimes the wait is a little longer because the doctors spend time with patients to ensure understanding.
Dr. Goh and Dr. Bareutigan have taken care of our family for over 15 years now. They took care of my 88 year old father , my 87 year old mother, myself and wife and several children. I am now 67. Fantastic job in all aspects. I am very impressed with the fact that Dr. Goh still maintains his National Guard duties. He has deployed to Kuwait, Iraq and several other countries in the service of our country. What a group of people.
Just started going here bc i was highly displeased with my last drs office, Dr Goh made me feel like id been a patient of his forever! He's friendly and nice and actually takes the time to listen to me his staff is just as great too!!
