They’re nice and all but when I went in for my cleaning he barely did anything?? He brushed my teeth for only a few seconds and didn’t even floss WATER GOT ALL OVER MY FACE AS WELL worst cleaning of my life

I felt so comfortable with the staff at Gold Coast Dental. I loved the honesty of Dr.Susu. My root canal went well. Will always recommend this dentist. Lest I forget, “Rose” his assistant was very caring and personable during my visit there. God bless you all.

Very considerate and professional. The doctor was very honest and down to earth. The assistant “Rose” was very compassionate and direct in answering all of my questions. The wait was short the space was clean and the TV set up is awesome!! It was my first time going and I have a final appointment awaiting as soon as my partial returns. I recommend going if you need someone to be honest, direct and compassionate. The other assistants were very helpful and nice. Costumer service is a 10!!

More deserving of a 0 star but that isn't an option. I had to get a root canal repaired that I got from here, food gets underneath the caps that my parents paid for. Very unprofessional, don't listen to patients complaints and what would the dentist know about comfortable when he doesn't feel the pain of improper sittings? I shouldn't have returned after the first time I left. Would I recommend Gold Coast Dental to my friends? I tried once and I feel that when my friend gave a 1 star my care got a 1 star.

Everyone’s experience but I had a great and very pleasant experience going to the dental office. As soon as you walk-in, you are greeted by Rosè, is the most warmest and most friendliest receptionist/assistant you’ll ever meet. She makes you feel comfortable especially if you haven’t been to the dentist in YEARS and is very helpful with the questions I had about my insurance. I found Dr. SuSu to be very friendly. He was thorough and explained what procedures needed to be done on my teeth. Like others who have written a review he offered to help with other dental work that needed to be done. When I opted to go a different route he didn’t press the issue. If I wasn’t moving out of state, he would be my dentist. I highly recommend going to see Dr. SuSu.

The doctor and the receptionist were both very impatient and they started raising their voice whenever he told us that our insurance would not cover it. He wouldn’t let us talk and when we did he would answer with loud answers and was clearly frustrated at our concerns. The receptionist did not even tell my daughter who was unprotected to leave the room whole she was doing x-rays of my teeth, I had to tell her myself. Anyways, very unprofessional, hard to believe their still in business.

Hopefully if you're looking at this dentist location, you can see all of the FAKE 5-star reviews on here especially from his employees that he asked to help his rating. This is a one star location. I have been going to this dentist for YEARS and everytime I've gone I've witnessed or personally dealt with shady as well as unprofessional occurrences. If you have any sense, DO NOT GO HERE and if you do well hopefully your visit isn't like the rest of us truthful reviewers the lower stars.

My daughter got her cavity filled here and also a cleaning. Dr. Susu did a great job at making the filling unnoticeable because he did white instead of the silver. He was very polite and they took me in in a timely matter, honoring my appointment time!

I had a very poor experience. I was told that I needed a procedure that would probably not be covered. He said he would file the claim, but to assume that it would be denied. He offered a great deal if I paid out of pocket and pressured me to fill out a financing application immediately. I made it clear that I would wait for the answer from my insurance company. He suggested it again, and I repeated that I would wait for the claim to be processed. We finished up and he told me to go upfront and schedule my next cleaning. I went out to waiting room to do this, but was told to come into the office where they told me to take a seat, and they handed my the financing application. I told the receptionist that I had already refused the offer twice.. she looked confused and had me go back out the window and schedule the next cleaning. A week or so later I found that the claim was in fact approved. But when I called the office the receptionist told me to get in touch with another dental office and gave me the number. This other office had no idea who I was, I had assumed this was a referral and he had forwarded my info, but it turned out he was just trying to rid of me. It took a few calls, but his office staff finally admitted that he didn't like the amount my insurance would pay him and would only do the procedure If I paid what he wanted out of pocket.

I am honestly shocked at the reviews Dr. Susu is receiving and am confused how I have been to the same person everyone is complaining about! I have never been there before, it was my first time here. I needed a new dentist that was closer to my house due to a recent move. I had a great experience with him. I walked in and was warmly greeted by Rose. She was very kind and took the time to explain all of the paperwork I needed to fill out. Once I was finished, she took me straight back honoring my appointment time; I did not have to wait at all. When I met Dr. Susu I was honestly happy to have met such a warmly welcoming Doctor that actually cares and took the time to ask me how my day was going ect. Instead of just getting in and getting out he actually cared to talk with me. He is also very imformative as well and likes to tell you your best possible option for your teeth. People on here are saying hes a scam artist but he doesn't charge you things that you are unaware of. And if he needs to do anything major that deviates from the original plan he will ask you first he doesn't just do whatever he wants? He wants what is best for you which may not always be the cheapest option, but he likes to inform you of your options and what is best. People on here are complaining because they don't want to pay and are cheap. You have the choice to do these other options, he doesn't just charge you without you knowing whats going on! Dr. Susu is a great person and cares very much about his patients. I am glad that I gave him a try regardless of all the negative reviews or I wouldn't have met this incredible dentist that I will continue returning to from now on.
