Technical ability MUST be the foundation of every soccer player. A skillful player can be placed into ANY SYSTEM and ANY STYLE OF PLAY on ANY TEAM. The majority of youth teams, however, are trying to figure out how to win games within their local or national leagues, and this emphasis on match results often comes at the cost of TRUE INDIVIDUAL TECHNICAL TRAINING. There is not a SINGLE soccer player who is skillful as they can be, but there is also no “magic spell” that will make you any better. It takes quality instruction and hard work to change your game. The GOLDEN EAGLE SOCCER ACADEMY at John Brown University is designed to take technical training to the next level. We believe that you can see significant results in your technical skill over the course of a few days, AND that the techniques and training principles you learn at the GESA can be applied after camp for players to continue to Change the Game.
