Their movers did such an awesome job safeguarding my dining table. They were very careful with the glass-top, wrapped it in thick cloth and tied a plastic covering to hold it all together. Bravo to them!
After comparing prices with numerous firms, we settled on Golden Glove Movers because Mason and his teammates were among the highest-rated options. The quoted price was in the middle ground. They handled everything with professionalism and responded quickly to my inquiries. We had a couple of tiny boxes filled with our belongings. A well-organized crew packed and loaded the furniture and household goods into the container in just half a day. We lived in a large building, and one of the lifts was booked that day, so getting our boxes out on time was tough. Everything ran smoothly and was completed on schedule. Nothing was broken or damaged, and all things were delivered safely. We appreciate your hard work and professionalism throughout the move.
Golden Glove Movers team of guys was fantastic. They moved us from our 3-bed house including packing up the day before into our new temporary home with great courtesy, attention to detail, and good humor! They went above and beyond the call of duty and did everything with a smile. It was really well organized, and all the items were packed and wrapped very carefully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them they had been recommended to us by a friend, and we will certainly be using them again in 6 months when we move back into our house after the renovations are complete. The price was very competitive and the service very, very good. I can't think of anything else to say except many, many thanks!
The movers were fantastic, they were quick and efficient with zero issues and received a generous tip. THE MANAGEMENT IS EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED. Due to managements inability to stick to the schedule that they force upon you since you’re not allowed to choose the time your items are picked up, the movers were dispatched late. When asked why they said this on the phone: “uhh yea we’re usually never late but it just happened today. Yea it just happened so we’ll be there in an hour there’s nothing we can do. After arguing on the phone a week prior and the day before about coming at a specific time, they couldn’t even honor the time frame that they forced on me. The manager on the phone sounded like he just woke up which means they slept through my delivery window. Also they were rude on the phone, disrespectful tone and a failure to take proper ownership for their mistakes.
